I am 3 months pregnant with my first and I am not doing any prenatal care. I am learning about pregnancy as I go. A few questions I have: What causes Braxton hicks? Patrick, can you ask Dr. Jennifer Daniels what foods are good for rebuilding the gum tissue. Used to be a vegetarian/vegan for a number of years and during that time experienced gum inflammation and gum recession.

Can distilled or reverse osmosis water cause joint pain? I recommended it to two family members, and they both complained about severe joint paint after a few weeks. According to them, once they switched back to mineral water, their discomforts disappeared again.
