Infertility Awareness
It is estimated that 1 in 6 American couples struggle with getting pregnant each year, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that 7.3 million people are affected by infertility. Add to this the new fear of the Zika virus and couples are faced with more obstacles than ever when it comes to family planning.
With National Infertility Awareness Week coming up April 24-30, and the recent attention brought to infertility by TV mogul, Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen and actresses, Gabrielle Union and Nia Vardalos, it’s an ideal time to talk about the new obstacles couples face when trying to get pregnant and how they can help increase their chances using natural approaches, especially if they can’t afford expensive fertility treatments like IVF.
Dr. Ken Redcross, a board-certified internal medicine physician and concierge doctor says the bigger issue for many couples is that fertility treatments are not always an affordable or viable option, but more importantly they do not address the root cause of infertility. Dr. Redcross says there’s compelling evidence that proves poor diet, stress, immune and vitamin deficiencies, toxins and environmental exposures are largely to blame to the increasing rates of infertility. He will share with our listeners four things every couple should know to help boost fertility the natural way and avoid infertility obstacles (including what foods are best to boost fertility and which ones can cause infertility; what common vitamin deficiencies both men and women have when it comes it infertility and how to correct it; hazardous environments to avoid and what you need to know about the Zika virus; and how to minimize couple stress that plays a major role in reproduction).
Dr. Redcross earned his medical degree from Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, specializing in internal medicine and founded one of the first full-service concierges, personalized medical practices in the United States. He has extensive on-camera experience with major national television shows including HLN “Nancy Grace,†“The Doctors,†“The Insider†and E! Entertainment Television.

Ask Dr. Redcross what problem facing mankind would be solved by increasing the world’s population, could this be the perverted science Winston Churchill warned us about?
