Dr. Ray Peat, Ph.D
Renowned Nutritional Counselor
“Hello Patrick from Melbourne Australia,
Just a quick message to say thank you and to let you know that I enjoyed your show with Dr Ray Peat immensely. He has so much knowledge across a broad spectrum of topics. Thank you so much for bringing him on and for doing what you do!!! I hope to hear more of Dr Peat in your future shows.â€
“I just want to tell you how much I enjoy your recent interviews with Dr Ray Peat. I am thrilled waiting for the next one. I have known his work for quite some time, but it is so refreshing to listen to your shows. I hope you will carry on with cooperation. Dr Peat has endless knowledge to share and each time I listen to him I find something new and eye-opening. His knowledge and perspective are absolutely unique. In the world of keto, low carb nonsense, sugar hate and corrupted science, he is the last voice of honesty and sanity.†Best regards Ania from Poland
Ray Peat acquired his PhD from the University of Oregon with a specialization in physiology. He started his work on hormones in 1968 and wrote his dissertation in 1972 in which he outlined his ideas on progesterone and the hormones closely related to it. His main thesis is that energy and structure are interdependent at every level.

80% of the people being put on ventilators have a low chance of getting out alive; Dr. Peat tells us why
Many doctors have concluded after really looking at the lungs, that COVID-19 is not a virus
Why people experience the flu
How do you know that you are training too hard when exercising?
Flu vaccines show no efficacy of preventing flu
Concerning COVID-19, there was never any evidence that something bad was happening
The only valid theory for viruses
Is it okay to use iodine topically?
Which supplements and topical agents break down any calcification within the layers of the skin that contribute to hair loss and the formation of wrinkles?
My name is Varma and I am from India. I really enjoy your shows with Dr. Peat. I have a couple of quick questions for Dr.Peat:
What does he think would be the best way to take care of seasonal flu once infected?
I was wondering if hormone imbalance (mainly lack of progesterone and infrequent heavy bleeding) could be caused by just anemia. I did order your progesterone oil. How long do you usually take it to see any difference?
Is that sufficient carbon dioxide intake to make the O2. coming thru the tube safe?
From a listener: Luc Montagnier suggests that the SARS-CoV-2 virus came from a lab. He pointed out to the presence of elements of HIV in the genome of the coronavirus and even elements of the “germ of malaria“. He said the characteristics of the new coronavirus could not have arisen naturally.
From a listener: Do you think presence of the malaria genome is the reason COVID-19 is not a typical respiratory virus and it’s more of a blood – hemoglobin affliction?I would like to know what type of air filter Dr. Peat recommends. Hepa, ozone, ionizer, etcetera.
From a listener: Thank you for having Dr. Ray Peat on the show. I want to pass along a question I have for him.
I’m wondering what Dr. Peat recommends for toothpaste, or if he think the amount of fluoride in standard products is not enough to effect the thyroid? Also, if making your own toothpaste, it sounds like calcium phosphate is a better additive for remineralization than calcium carbonate, is this correct?
From a listener: On a podcast back in early March, in reference to the decreasing average age of puberty in women in America, Dr Peat mentioned that in countries with a robust coconut industry, the average age of puberty in women could be as high as 18 years old. Are there negative effects that accompany hitting puberty at such a late age? I’m curious to know how this effects men as well.
and more!

The final question for Dr Peat asked if there was anything we can do to protect ourselves in the event of forced vaccination and microchipping. This question wasn’t answered, and is one that is haunting so many of us….Patrick, could you ask him this again and provide us with his answer? Excellent interview as always!

I find with baking and all cooking, coating the pan dish or bakeware with enough excess to layer the bottom of the dish prevents, food from sticking. In a hot casserole dish… with an inch of hot water, I sprinkle Corn Starch covering the whole bottom of the dish. When cooled the cooked on food comes off clean with a spatula, hope one there’s ideas work for your corn bread recipes.
