Dr. Richard Olree
Minerals for the Genetic Code
Smashing show with two and half hours of insights into the role of the many minerals in the body. Our show notes just scratches the surface of the value of Dr. Olree’s research.
Many diseases are a result of a mineral deficiency or a mineral toxicity. It’s very easy to have minerals out of balance. Supplementing with calcium for instance, may cause a magnesium deficiency, which in turn can cause heart disease. Too much fluoride can cause an iodine deficiency, which may result in diseases such as hypothyroid and breast cancer. High levels of aluminum can displace boron, and result in Alzheimer’s Disease.
Minerals play a crucial role when it comes to our DNA. Proper genetic expression is impossible if there are too many, or too little of any particular mineral. In other words, you need to have the right minerals in the right balance in order for your genes to produce healthy cells.
Dr. Richard Olree is a brilliant mineral and genetics expert, as well as a sought out chiropractor. He has studied the interactions of minerals for over 30 years, and has made some incredible discoveries. He has found that our genome calls for 64 minerals. If a trace mineral is unavailable to make the amino acid required by the DNA code, the human system will try another way, using a different set of amino acids and minerals. This can have profound impacts on health.

80% of our immune system is in the gut bacteria and 20% is the cerebral spinal fluid the good chiropractors facilitate to increase this flow
The gut bacteria regulates our genetic code
And the gut bacteria makes vitamins

Some of the emails during the show:
I have selenium l-seleneomethiomine yeast free. is that bad?
Can the guest pls repeat the names of the 2 sea kelp companies?
Just ordering the Mold product off your site from Living Streams. I have a friend with stomach pain as well. Is the Living Streams Multi-Blend the one that helped you so?

an elderly woman got blood transfusions due to severe anemia. Now she s been told that there may be some internal bleeding as the cause but she is too weak to undergo further tests. Is there anything that could be done to address the internal bleeding with a proper mineral balance?
f someone does well on a mineral protocol with a good HTMA guY, but loose stools become a problem after a few months, would you consider that as the time for a new hair test, or is this increased detox.
Can Dr. Olree discuss Selenium? Is it important for the genetic code? Is it dangerous to supplement at home?
Can you pls ask the guest about the timing of taking minerals? I prefer to take my Calcium/Magnesium/D/K and Zinc + Selenium away from meals – so that the minerals don’t get bound by fiber and phytates isn’t food. But most companies recommend to take them “with food†… any advice?
