A vitamin in a bottle is like a dead stuffed bear.
A vitamin in food is like a live bear.
The two are that different.
That’s the theme of my e-book, Dr. Evil & Mini Me.
Dr. Evil is the pharmaceutical-industrial complex and Mini Me is its clone, the supplement-industrial complex.
They are owned and operated by the same people.
The “vitamin” is a marketing name for something that doesn’t exist in Great Nature.
Eustace Mullins (Murder By Injection: The Story of the Medical Conspiracy Against America, 1988) wrote …
“Elmer Bobst, who was [Albert] Lasker’s partner in putting the American Cancer Society over the top, was also a tycoon. Unlike Lasker, Bobst had come from a poor family, but he also had the born huckster’s mentality, taken from that native American entrepreneur, P. T. Barnum, who said, ‘There’s a sucker born every minute.’ Bobst joined the drug firm of Hoffman LaRoche in 1911, where his talents as a salesman got him the presidency of the firm. He was also a shrewd businessman; just after World War I, knowing that commodity prices were bound to fall, he was shocked to find that the firm had accumulated huge inventories in the New Jersey warehouse. He quickly closed a deal with Eastman Kodak to buy five tons of bromides, a key ingredient not only of analgesics but also of photographic supplies. He offered the bromides at sixty cents a pound, ten cents below the market price. Within a few weeks, the market price had fallen to sixteen cents a pound.
“Bobst’s great achievement at Hoffman LaRoche was his advertising campaign for vitamins. It was so successful that he won the nickname of ‘the Vitamin King.’ He made millions of dollars in the stock market, and he decided to leave Hoffman LaRoche for greener pastures. In 1944, he called in Cravath, Swaine and Moore, the lawyers for Kuhn, Loeb Company, to negotiate his terms; they got him a very favorable settlement of $150,000 the first year and $60,000 a year until his seventy-fifth birthday. Having made his fortune in peddling vitamins, he now moved on to the higher-priced pills, becoming head of Warner-Lambert. This firm’s biggest product was Listerine. Gerald Lambert, no mean huckster himself, had built Lambert Pharmacal into a giant empire, principally through his relentless warnings about the perils of ‘bad breath.’ His father had invented a mouthwash, for which he appropriated the most famous name in medicine, Baron Joseph Lister, the inventor of antiseptics and asepsis in hospitals. A prominent surgeon, Baron Lister had operated on Queen Victoria herself, the only time she submitted to the knife. Gerald Lambert made his name a household word with fullpage advertisements for Listerine. Banner headlines warned that ‘Even your best friend won’t tell you.’ Lambert coined a new word for this plague, halitosis, from the Latin for bad breath.”
Hoffman-La Roche was a pioneer in manufacturing “vitamins” and their derivatives.
The first mass-marketed synthetic vitamin C – sold under the name Redoxon – was unleashed on the public in 1934.
ANY VITAMIN YOU BUY IN A HEALTH FOOD STORE IS SYNTHETIC.
The Swiss have zero tolerance for whistleblowers.
Stanley Adams was imprisoned for “blowing the whistle” on Hoffman-LaRoche’s vitamin price-fixing in 1975.
For more on this, consult Stanley Adams, Roche Versus Adams, 1984.
Redoxon is now being sold by Bayer AG, the same pharmaceutical company that gave the world heroin and Bayer aspirin.
Anyone who bought Bayer aspirin during the Second World War was supporting the German war machine.
Eastman-Kodak was the original manufacturer of vitamin E, synthesizing it from soybean oil thanks to the powdering agents “colloidal calcium silicate, sodium silico-aluminate, finely-divided alumina, colloidal silica, and colloidal titania.”
Zinc halide is mostly used in the manufacturing of vitamin E today.
Following the saponification of soybean oil (described above), the distillation of what marketers call vitamin E results in the degradation of it – to a greater or lesser degree.
“Vitamin E” is an all-embracing “wastepaper basket” marketing term for a family of different homologues (vitamers) of tocophenols, tocotrenols, etc., all serving different bodily functions in regard to methylation sites, side chain saturation, chain-breaking qualities, substrate interactions, etc.
I’m not a chemist, and I’m not interested in becoming one.
(I squeaked through high school chemistry with a D, and I’m not referring to the vitamin.)
I confine myself to FOOD, eating it in the form of LIGHT and PERIOD – thanks to Solar Nutrition and Hierarchical Nourishment.
Solar Nutrition and Hierarchical Nutrition are Great Nature’s “original” 200-percent template for automatic baud rate detection.
TIMING IS EVERYTHING = the power of time.
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING = the power of place.
Throw away that worthless bottle of toxic chemical debris you just bought at the “health food” store.
It has nothing to do with HEALTH, less to do with FOOD, and everything to do with STORE

GMOs have little to do with food.
Giant transnational chemical conglomerates are perverting our food into supplements (medgetables) based on their own deliberately falsified research.
Research? Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

Do u group “spirulina and cholrella”things sold in plastic tubs, in the same category – unneeded?
July 17, 2013 @ 3:01 pm atomb
If I was a vegan (I’m not) I would supplement with unprocessed chlorella because it has the kind of B-12 a human being can metabolize.
Spirulina has a type of B-12 that doesn’t metabolize, but its B-12 can assist the other type of B-12 metabolize.
Unprocessed spirulina is an important anti-cancer food.
I regard both spirulina and chlorella as foods, but only use them sporadically.
I avoid blue-green algae because of the potential dangers posted in the science journals and legislated by the Canadian government.

Hi Atom, great blog.
I really want to believe in the solar nutrition but can’t say I have experienced any tangible result from the teaching. Can you give me something I could do or eat in time where I would go ‘wow this stuff really works’ ?
July 17, 2013 @ 6:37 pm atomb
Before I answer your question, John, let me know …
(1) How long have you been eating Solar?
(2) Are you eating your six Solar meals a day?
(3) What percentage of raw food (versus cooked) do you eat?
(4) Can you send me a list of all the foods and supplements you’re eating in a typical day?
July 18, 2013 @ 6:09 am John
(1) One year
(2) No, don’t even know what they are ?
(3) 60% raw (fruits mostly in the am up to mid afternoon, some at night)
(4) Am: fruits (eg. papaya, oranges, banana, mango, kiwi, coconut), nuts, herbs
(syrups, tinctures).
Midday: sunflower/sesame seeds.
PM: Cooked foods, herbs

(2) I’ve written about these six meals (3 squares and 3 cleansing meals in two of my e-books, but the info apparently didn’t make it into Yes No Maybe: Chronobiotic Nutrition.
It’s a good subject for a blog entry.
(4) Those fruits are all OK for breakfast as long as you’re not combining oranges with the other fruits.
Are the herbs, syrups, and tinctures “on time” (from Zone One)?
Seeds are protein only. Read “The Chronobiotic Day” in Yes No Maybe, pages 39-42.
Are your p.m. foods and herbs roots (from Zone Three)? Roots include beets, carrots, parsnips, onions, potatoes, turmeric, ginger, etc.

What eBooks are the six meals in ?
July 17, 2013 @ 2:36 pm sebs
reading something you wrote about how trees literally push these huge amounts of water upwards and my love for them got me thinking my blood pressure is too low. what’s a good way to raise it? eating salt a lot helps. interesting post as always.
July 17, 2013 @ 6:46 pm atomb
Salt only raises blood pressure about 25 percent of the time.
Five major things reduce blood pressure …
(1) emotional “clearing” (by far the most crucial)
(2) yawning and related forms of CO2 transit mechanisms (second in importance)
(3) eating both (a) on time and (b) in time
(4) walking barefoot over uneven surfaces, esp. pebbles and small rocks
(5) calibrating sleep to circadian rhythms
Simply do the reverse. Not doing the above is the main reason most people have high blood pressure in the first place.

thanks!
which books do you recommend if i’m interested in more on color recycling, scarlet and trace nutrient content of food? (like you’ve said cesium is in pineapple, antimony in cocoa and so on. invaluable and hard to find stuff really)

and what do you think of camu camu? i prefer fresh fruit too but good ones don’t come around much and economy wise the powders do have the upper hand mostly.
July 18, 2013 @ 4:00 pm atomb
Camu camu has too much vitamin C and too little life force.
However, in mature camu camu berries, the vitamin C transmutes into life force, which is expressed as flavor.
I mostly eat local fruits from local farmers, and I walk big circles around powdered fruit.
July 17, 2013 @ 2:49 pm sebs
and an extra thank you for what you’ve written on scarlet. it’s helped me a lot. do any of your books cover this color? or sex in general. i keep saying to myself i’ll buy some of your writings when i have the money and i sure hope i do.
July 17, 2013 @ 6:48 pm atomb
There’s some info on scarlet in my e-books and I cover it from time to time in my blog entries.
I’m planning to write more about scarlet (esp. in relationship to purple) in the future.

nice!
your tip about horse radish helped my joints and heart a lot. writing you various thank you’s starting too look like a part time job on my side. all good :)
July 19, 2013 @ 10:51 am sebs
btw: horse radish/general arsenide + reishi do great with me. any ideas on arsenic and germanium on biological co-op? they are periodic table brothers and seem to form compounds according to some studies.
July 19, 2013 @ 4:20 pm atomb
Arsenic and germanium are indeed Periodic Table “brothers” and are related.
Trace amounts of arsenic are good for the heart, and germanium helps with psychic abilities.
They are brothers at the cellular level, the fourth period of the Periodic Table.

Hi Atom,
Can you recommend any good books on Guru Nanak?
Thank you.
July 17, 2013 @ 7:07 pm atomb
Guru Nanak is one of my favorite spiritual teachers. :)
He’s way up there with Kabir.
A good place to start with is Sir Jogendra Singh & Sir Daljeet Singh’s 1970 book …

Hi Atom
What are the best ways/different ways to do
emotional ‘clearing’, if I do more than one way for emotional clearing does that up the results. How intense to you need to do it and for how long.
Thanks
July 18, 2013 @ 3:43 pm atomb
My e-books, Body Language Systems and The Book of Bloat, explain some ways.
Techniques for emotional clearing might make a good subject for a future blog entry.
Remind me if I forget.
There’s nothing wrong with mixing emotional clearing techniques.
The intensity varies with the trauma.
The engram from seeing a stranger shooting the bird stores much less toxic energy than experiencing a childhood rape or botched abortion.

Re: What eBooks are the six meals in?
They are mentioned somewhere in Butterflies Need No Taxidermist.
I’ll write a blog entry to explain them in more detail.
