I’ve been a student and patient of Dr. David for the past 7 years. While I could write mountains about the support he’s given me in my transformational journey, the fact that he walks his talk stands him above the crowd.

His stand for the Being that he knows me to be is RELENTLESS. Not only has he supported me physically, he’s been a staunch leader and teacher as I walked through the “valley of the shadow of death” on more than one occasion while un-earthing what I’ve really been up to that’s running me!

Dr. David is a true master of multidimensional wellness!

I have had several patients in the last few days with adrenal exhaustion.

Here are some thoughts that may be helpful.

    1) Rest (what a concept)
    2) Keep warm
    3) Balance and strengthen the Kidney Meridian
    4) Work with a qualified health professional to explore possible
    DHEA and Pregnenolone supplementation
    5) Consider the following herbs: Siberian Ginseng, Holy Basil,
Rhodiola, Maca, and … if your blood pressure is low … licorice root
    6) Learn to breathe easily and enjoyably into the belly
    7) Give up trying to be perfect
    8) Be WILLING to be supported

If you do all of the above and don’t notice major improvement in 6-8 weeks,
work with a really good health professional to explore other possible
issues associated with chronic stress such as … sleep issues, candida and other
yeast, viruses, bacteria, parasites, vaccine issues, heavy metals, liver and detox
pathway issues, leaky gut, food sensitivities, electro-magnetic/radiation issues,
vertebral and cranial fixations, and emotional stuckness.

Let me know if I may be of further help.
