    Interesting interview!

Patrick could have asked Dr. Daniels to elaborate on WHAT kind of water she recommends ( http://vitalitycapsules.com/?s=water ).

If one drinks 3 to 4 quarts of water a day one wants to make sure they drink the right kind of water, or one might do more damage than good.

I found one website stating to drink 39 ml of water per kg of body mass, per day.
For a man with mass of 65 kg, that would be about 2.5 litres of water per day.
