Jenn Zerling, MS, CPT (JZ) has been an athlete her whole life and a fitness expert for over 10 years. She holds a Masters degree in Kinesiology and multiple national certifications. She currently works for Cenegenics Medical Institute in Beverly Hills where she is the fitness and nutrition director. She also personal trains, teaches boot camp, yoga, Spinning® classes, and organizes and conducts corporate wellness programs for small companies and the FBI. JZ coaches people through lifestyle tranformations so that they can learn sustainable healthy behaviors for life.
