Peter Ragnar

The Longevity Sage

We really love this man for his non dogmatic approach to life among other things. I think peter ragnar is the real deal in making veganism work. The other person who can make it work is dr gabriel
cousens and he has been on record as saying that most people who are on vegan diets struggle to do it properly.
It is a technology that embodies spiritual practices and I think that’s why so many raw vegan foodists have reintroduced animal products back into the diet-such as
kevin gianni and paul nison who are on record about this.
The anomalie to this argument is the non-eating state featured in the book ‘life on light’ by michael werner
and tom stocklie and chronicles the process michael took
to being ‘breatharian’ but he disassociates from ‘Jasmuheen’ who’s credibility is under question.

Vegan raw diet is the best healing diet when your having medical condition.
Cooked animal based diet contributes to almost every illness. You are taking your life in your hands so eat a plant based diet if you want to avoid medication and unnecessary surgery.
