This World Peace Day the Institute of HeartMath is hosting a peace day event for people from all around the world in their Global Care Room. Their World Peace Day theme is “Love First – Peace Follows.” The Global Care Room is a virtual hang-out that lets people come together in the name of peace. It is a way to connect with each other in heart-focused intention, in real time.

Whether your preference is prayer, meditation, positive thoughts directed for specific causes, the common link between all Global Care Room members is their care for the global family and the planet. By honoring our differences, the Global Care Room is designed to multiply the strength of connection and effectiveness in our care for the planet and each other. It is a place for people to come together in the heart to co-create a greater wholeness.
