    I would be careful about taking Xylitol, though. Most of the Xylitol you can find in the stores are made from corn using fermentation technologies. I worked for a company that used to import container loads from China.

    I want to get a head start on weight loss for the new year. I don’t have a lot of extra time, so an online program would be best for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
