We learned about Tony Pantalleresco through a request from one of our listeners in the UK and he has quickly become one of our most popular guests. Question from a listener:A previous guest of Patrick’s, Dr Sarah Myhill, mentioned a supplement called F.O.S. (or fructooligosaccharides) which I believe is derived from inulin, which is itself derived from chicory root. This supplement is marketed as both a fiber and a prebiotic. Having listened to Tony for many years, I don’t recall him mentioning it. Is there any particular reason for this? Why does he opt for pectin over FOS/inulin?

Question from a listener:Is a commercial supplement entitled “Apple fiber with apple pectin” likely to be compromised with chemtrail material because there is no guarantee that the apples used to make it have been peeled?

Question from a listener: Can Tony think of any way in which one can reduce the nauseous feeling that can occur when taking large doses of zinc citrate?

Question from a listener: Last month, Tony briefly touched on the subject of nootropics.Which nootropics has Tony found to be most effective in terms of prolonged energy and concentration?Are nootropics that elevate histamine levels—such as adrafinil—problematic?

Question from a listener: I have been taking STS with vitamin C (1tsp each in water) periodically to detox but was wondering if the STS is hard on the liver or kidneys. Also is it OK to eat a little food before taking the STS & vit C

Question from a listener: What are Tony’s thoughts on bone broth? Is it a good thing to make and have at this day and age?Tony previously mentioned he does/takes specific things before he goes outside (to protect from chemtrails). Can you please ask Tony to go through his protocol again?

-A listener calls in and has developed severe clumsiness; Tony says it’s aluminum poisoning and gives ideas for detoxing it

Question from a listener: What would Tony suggest for someone who has been exposed to the organochlorine compound called Kepone (aka chlordecone)? It is an insecticide related to Mirex and DDT. I may have been exposed to some level of it in the 1980s after living near a chemical incineration plant which disposed of it. I have since noticed that some people in low lying areas in that locality have developed cancers at a frequency faster than other areas (but obviously cannot claim causality).

Question from a listener: I have been making my own mineral citrates including zinc citrate. I have noticed that the zinc citrate can sometimes give me a feeling of nausea and it doesn’t taste that great. Can Tony think of a way of adding something to the zinc citrate which will prevent the nauseous feeling? Can tony think of a herb or flavoring that will disguise the taste of the zinc citrate?

-Tony’s thoughts on hives; where do they come from and what can be done about them?

Question from a listener: With the price of food rising and economic collapse what does Tony recommend we stock up on?

Question from a listener:I have been detoxing heavy metals for a year and a half now, but I am finding that my candida is getting worse and worse as I pull the metals out. It is hard to determine now if my symptoms are more related to heavy metals or candida. How do you safely detox heavy metals while still keeping candida under control? How do you know when you are “done” detoxing heavy metals?

    My family made Tony’s miracle copper wire bucket. Our results were amazing. First my Mom is 55 years old and she had been complaining about standing for long periods. Her legs were hurting after cooking or cleaning. Well, after one 30 minute session in the vinegar/salt solution, she no longer has leg pain. She states that so much swelling disappeared and her legs feel much lighter. She continued using the bucket soaks nightly and it just gets better and better. I had this weird leg rash on my legs, open sores that would never heal. Looked like infected hair follicles/morgellons. But it would never fully go away. After soaking, I saw major improvement right away. Really everyone should try this. It’s easy to make. Just the copper wire was costly and you have to buy the 100ft roll to have enough to wrap around a 5 gallon bucket. My Dad also did the soak and he felt lighter and he says it helps with swelling. It removes toxins. All four of us who used it, swear by it. We highly recommend it. Tony knows his stuff! Also, just a side note. We are the ones who measured the fluoride amount in bone broth. We used distilled water and grass fed beef bones – the fluoride was extremely high. Also green teas measured high in fluoride. I’m sensitive to fluoride, it makes me very fatigued and zombie like. And I never felt good with beef made bone broth. Chicken bone broth had less fluoride when we measured. But like Tony said, each cow, each chicken bones could be different. but if you feel tired after bone broth and your energy gets zapped, check the fluoride content. It all depends on what that animal ate and drank. To your health!

      Britta, I can’t seem to locate the video and/or text to make the copper bucket as well….can you forward…we want to try it…as we try everything :)

      Do you have better instructions on how toke the bucket? Is it copper wire? Does it matter what gauge? How do you hook up to computer cord? I am confused on that part. Any help would be appreciated.

    I watched a few of Tony’s videos with endless fascination, so grateful to find someone on the side of truth and health. It’s difficult not to think that all the chemicals are not a passive war / attack on us. The best we can all do is to be aware, proactive and make good choices. I take Magnesium supplements daily along with a host of other detox elements, email me for more info on that if interested. Magnesium attached to aluminum on a molecular level and carries to the colon and excreted. Chem trails deposit lots of heavy metals that we breath, ingest etc. If Tony reads this, I wanted to list my daily supplements and see if I need to add, subtract etc anything. I take:

    Magnesium Malate
    Chlorella / Spirulina
    Blue Green Algae
    Choline
    Coconut Oil
    Cayene / Tumeric
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Resveratrol
    Astaxanthin
    PQQ
    Stem Cell 100
    CO Q 10
    L-Theanine
    5-HTP
    Vitamin D 15,000
    Rhodiola Rosea Root
    Fenugreek

    And after watching Tony’s videos I will be adding:

    Rosemary
    Pancreatin
    Sodium Thiosalfate
    Phosphorus
    Sulphur
    Enzymes

    I also take on occasion – Activated charcoal, Papain and mineral clay but from what Tony says the sodium thiosulfate is much better, plus some clays can have trace lead elements.

    I would like to see some data regarding some of his claims. I’ve talked to real professionals (that work in labs), and the only way to detect a nano-particle is with a special electron microscope. And they cost $300,000+. Nano particles? He can see them? Ok!

    Yes, NP’s do react differently, but they are so highly reactive that by the time we eat the food, they are already bound and unreactive (utilized by the plants). Additionally, what do you think supplements like IntraMAX are? You advertise them Patrick! They are NANO particles (but good ones). Nano-particles have been on this earth quite awhile more than we have been, and we have evolved with them. Our cells can’t use minerals if they aren’t in the nano (-bound) form. UNBOUND particles, like the ones in the copper solution Tony has previously suggested making, are extremely reactive and highly oxidizing (and extremely poisonous). Please don’t make (or drink) that solution. The correctly-assimilated forms of these minerals are all found in real food, if you know where to look.

    With that being said, Tony has great suggestions on many other topics. Thank You
