But Solar Nutrition isn’t concerned with WHAT you eat; it’s concerned with WHEN you eat it.

I’ve eaten many different foods and food combinations since I started eating Solar in 1975, 38 revolutions around the Sun ago.

There have been times in my life when my food intake was sparse …

(1) three almonds, one kiwi, and one prune for breakfast

(2) a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise for lunch

(3) a baked potato with ghee, raw onion, and garlic for supper

Sometimes I’ve eaten nothing for supper but peanut butter on a celery stick, followed by a Tequila Moonrise (100% agave tequila, aloe vera, and pineapple juice).

Human beings are omnivores. We can survive on almost anything containing carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen.

You can be a carnivore, piscivore, omnivore, herbivore, frugivore, folivore, insectivore, fungivore, nectarivore, granivore, palynivore, mucivore, sanguinivore, lithovore, sapovore, or detritivore.

Eventually you can even be a TROPOVORE, eating atmospheric gases, water vapor, and aerosols.

Summing it up, whatever kind of “vore” you are, just eat your food ON TIME.

Solar Nutrition isn’t about chemistry. It’s about TIMING.

Chemistry is important to our culture because we’re products of movable typesetting, so we’re slaves to the UNIT instead of masters of the FIELD.

Chemists are slaves to Maslow’s Hammer – “If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.”

Science apologist and corporate stooge Michael Shermer would do well to follow his own advice …

(7) humidity (intrinsic or cyclic).

(8) soil pH (acid-base balance),

(9) soil health,

(10) soil structure (granules and the arrangement of soil pores between them),

(11) weathering and/or leaching of soil,

(12) nutrient availability,

(13) stage of plant growth (causing minerals and vitamins to redistribute between leaves, stem, root, etc.).

(14) reactions to fertilizers (including toxic reactions),

(15) nutrient excess (copper blocks iron uptake, manganese blocks iron uptake, etc.),

(16) nutrient deficiency (molybdenum deficiency causes nitrogen deficiency, calcium deficiency causes iron deficiency, etc.),

(17) natural plant morphing,

(18) natural plant cultivars,

(19) natural plant gene-swapping (acute or chronic),

(20) natural intra-species hybridization,

(21) natural inter-species hybridization,

(22) symbiotic associations with fungi,

(23) atmospheric electromagnetism (including the influence of microwaves),

(24) soil electromagnetism (including conductivity and the influence of “dirty electricity”),

(25) mechanical injury (anthocyanins are often produced as a response to stress or injury),

(26) noise (including music and the human voice),

(27) attitude of user or grower (the Luther Burbank Effect), etc., etc. etc., etc., etc.
