Show highlights:

-Injecting procaine into the belly button to release tension and help breathe better.

-Vinegar and baking soda to clean out pots.

-Charles asks if air fryers that use 1 TB of oil are any good.  Looking for tips on making nut butters.  He likes cooking on Corning Ware Vision amber glass cookware as a cheap alternative to Le Creuset.

-Patrick likes his Lodge Enameled Cookware from Amazon.

-Atom’s pearl of wisdom: Negative thoughts kill many more people than “bad” food.

Hour 2

-Dallas wants to know what there is to do in the hill country of Texas.

-Chimps change hunting habits after being watched by researchers.

-Robert shares his telomere report.

-” When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”  Albert Einstein.  D shares that the ancient vedic texts say “the world doesn’t change.  You change.”

-Bridgette loves that she changed a spare room in her Santa Rosa Beach, FL home into an Airbnb called The Golden Bubble.  Likes the result of using Gary Hanna’s clay for toothbrushing, facial rubs, and in drinking water.

-Mark wants a recommendation for a CBD oil for his mother-in-law with back pain and sciatica.  Get hemp paste from Stephen Heuer.

-Gayle asks about a cleaning product Patrick recommended.  That would be TweetMint Enzyme Cleaner, an amazing product.  In the ORN store.

-Ron says the journey we are on is to get back into our own heart, and to do so, we must break down the walls that surround our heart, let go of fear, open our heart, take in all the love and magic around us, and most importantly,  give love.

Hour 3

Atom says often, but not always, the cure for lower back problems is more money.  And, the grass is always greener on the other side of Wednesday!

-Giuseppe asks about getting rid of moles and age spots.  Has a raised and lumpy one growing rapidly on his face.

-Remedies for age spots: Dr. Jennifer Daniels has recommended castor oil, others suggest turmeric and coconut oil or turmeric with castor oil.  altcancer.com has a product called cansema for skin cancer and moles, use it with caution.  Atom says to rub gin on the age spot, but age spots aren’t called liver spots for no reason.  Tequila will also work, but gin is better.  Potato vodka and alcohol are nighttime foods.

-Steve says Dr. Jonathan Wright references a 1948 study that showed a 6-7 year trial of 650 people using niacinamide, 500 mg. 3X/day, helped osteoarthritis as well as age spots.  Atom says niacinamide, the amide and non-flushing form of niacin, is highly anti-inflammatory.  Niacinamide can be put in a skin cream along with vitamin C and skin nutrients such as Centella asiatica, a perennial herb, also known as gotu kola, which promotes collagen production and many other health benefits.

-For age spots, D says plenty of hydration (pure water with some sea salt), vitamin C, SULFUR and topical colostrum may help.

-Robert used a Q-tip application of 35% undiluted hydrogen peroxide on a mole and it went away without scarring after 4-6 applications.  35% hydrogen peroxide is very strong and burns – be extremely careful using it!  He’s trying oregano oil/olive oil topically on his age spots and it seems to be working.

-Nancy invites Patrick to stay at her guest house on her cattle ranch near Lewellen, Nebraska.  Nancy said she gives her meat cows a good life and then they have one bad day.  Patrick suggests that on that day, the cows are moving on in their spiritual progression.

-Nancy has a rotator cuff that got injured after an accident.  Don’t think about it being a problem or that “it’s gone”.   Try Great Lakes gelatin, good fat, broth from chicken feet, a good bodyworker who does something like rolfing.  Our joints are never an isolated issue.

-Steve used a paste of castor oil and baking soda on a brown spot on his forehead, which disappeared after 5 months of applying the paste each night.   See his photos.  Try organic ozonated castor oil from Iodine Source.

-Astral cartography used by some to tell you a favorable place to live.

-Atom says ghee or clarified butter rebuilds ligaments.  ORN store sells this grassfed, organic ghee.

Deer antler is good for joints.  Sesame seeds are a good source of calcium.  Use Andreas sesame seed oil, cut out grains, eat lots of green leaves.

-Atom says shoulders are our SHOULD-ers.  When someone says, “I have to go to the store” instead of “I’m going to the store”, the rotator cuff and deltoid muscles are in the line of fire.

D says David Wolfe said that olives are richest in calcium of all fruits on the planet, and extraordinarily rich in minerals altogether.
