I feel the need to correct Adam Bergstrom regarding Liver/Gall Bladder Flushes. No disrespect intended. Since he admitted to only having done 4 of them, he’s a long long long way from being any kind of an expert. I have smooched my stones and they are not only different colors but ARE filled with stuff softened up by the malic acid in the apple juice. I’m not an expert either but I have done 30 of them since 2007 and kept a detailed diary of each one. After the 25th one, I didn’t get any stones out of the next two because my liver/gallbladder/kidneys were clean clean clean.
