Show Highlights:
-Mark shared his story of living on acreage near Boston. Testing well water. Finding the place where he wants to live the rest of his life. Former city neighbors shocked at Mark’s food forest in his front lawn – violating the meme of a “golf course†front lawn. Using ocean water for gardening abundance.
-Patrick shares the secret of hot-packing tomatoes. Cook up tomatoes to 180-190 degrees, add sea salt, basil, scoop tomatoes into cold 32 oz. canning jars. Heat of tomatoes will suck jar lid down and seal it. Can only use this process with high-acid foods like tomatoes.
-Why does Patrick have sleep problems? His Ayurvedic doc says stomach problems disturb the vagus nerve, which keeps his whole body on high alert in a sympathetic mode. Patrick dreamed about a doctor saying his test for intolerance to dairy was false negative. Patrick will abstain from dairy for 4 days and then test, per Dr. Lisa Nagy’s advice to avoid a food for 4 days and then test that food by itself.
-Does Patrick have a candida problem? Story of Marilyn’s intense turpentine usage for clearing candida and parasites. Brown eyes turning blue from the outside in.
-Per Dr. Nagy, sensitivity to sun could mean sensitivity to EMFs.
-Listener asks for suggestions on how to use black cumin seed oil. Mixing with cottage cheese. You can’t believe what the mind says.

Earth Warmed by Trails of Clouds that Jets Leave Behind

“…contrails have contradictory effects on the Earth’s surface temperature. Their ice crystals reflect solar light, decreasing the amount of light and heat that reach the Earth’s surface, but at the same time they trap long-wave radiation (such as infrared light) coming from the other direction, preventing it from heading into space after it gets reflected off the ground. This heats the planet’s surface…. The size and shape of the contrails’ ice particles are also important in determining how much heat is trapped, Kärcher said.
Contrail clouds have another complex effect: They use up water vapor that normally could go into the formation of natural cirrus clouds, according to Kärcher and Burkhardt. When all of these effects are considered, contrail clouds ultimately alter the Earth’s energy budget in a way that warms it, by reducing the amount of energy that escapes back out into space, the team found.”
