THE MORNING SHOW
with

OPEN PHONE FRIDAY

After Patrick got over his case of “The Sillies” at the start of the show, we moved onto some pretty cool subjects like:

-Karen calls into to talk about meditaion and the 3rd eye

-Reed talks about his weight loss through a good diet and jumping on his rebounder and gives Patrick some ideas to go along with Paul Wheatons as to why Patricks chickens aren’t laying their eggs in the nesting boxes

-The climate’s pretty wild the world over this winter

-Rob calls in with loads to talk about, it was almost like having a regular guest on. He shared a lot of information from Jerry Brunettis work, talked about organic ginger, raising glutathione levels, protecting your liver at all costs, how to grow grain for good health and gave some excellent tips on what to look for when choosing produce.

-Patricks opinion of the Alex Jones/Piers Morgan exchange

Patrick closes the show with Make Someone Happy by Jimmy Durante
