OPEN PHONE FRIDAY
A day for listeners to call in and share their experiences and ideas with others on health and well being. And share, share, share it was today. The audience participation was great. Thank you!
We talked about:
-Getting off of blood thinning drugs. Brian has been wanting to do this along with finding a solution for brain fog. Our listeners contributed a lot and Lynn from Nebraska enlightened us all on B-12 in addition to a host of other ideas about thinning the blood.
There is a fairly common genetic condition called MTHFR, and people with that genetic condition don’t methylate well and therefore have Vitamin B12 and folate deficiencies. 23andMe genome test for $99
-The problem with bananas
-Steven from NC called in to say how much he enjoys his rebounder and sauna. The jury is still out on the pine pollen. Will it raise his testosterone levels? He’s on many prescription drugs, so it remains to be seen.
-The amazing health benefits of Schizandra. We’ve heard much about this superfood and are now selling it through the website. Patrick loves it and so does Dr. Oz
-What could be causing Tristans bloated tummy? Seems he’s staying away from the likely culprits. Our listeners come to the rescue with some great ideas from probiotics and fermented foods to cooking more of his veggies
-Some ideas for osteoarthritis of the knee
-Robert calls in to talk about what he’s doing for his bad knees and also about how impressed he was with Dave Stetzers interview. He’s been using the aluminum foil to unload his body voltage and feels a big difference. He’s even seeing changes in his wifes mood. Pretty cool!
-Prolozone Therapy
and so much more!!
