When Anything Goes…
And Usually Does!!!

Patrick and Sharon talk with listeners, and each other, pondering emailed questions from the audience, taking a look at the latest news, and having a lot of fun. You’re invited to participate; we’d love to hear from you!

Show Highlights:

-Boron for healthier bones? Atom says slimy, gooey foods such as okra, banana, and sea vegetables are good boron sources.

-Susan Weed’s favorite infusions are nettle, oatstraw, red clover, and comfrey leaf. Mountain Rose Herbs – a good source for herbs. To make an infusion, pack a jar half full with herbs, add boiling water, let sit overnight. Nettle tea worked for calming an allergic reaction to a cat.

-Michael in Alabama says crawfish are fresh water and not from the Gulf. He shares how he cooks them up with potatoes, corn, and Zatarain’s Crab Boil.

-Julie is cold up in Minnesota. She asks about her tongue turning very dark green, and her hair and mouth have become quite dry. Is it detox? Would salt and cooling foods help?

-Story of a symptomatic menopausal woman with low testosterone who felt better after getting testosterone pellet implants. Consider trying pine pollen or elk velvet antler?

-Julie in Stockton, CA talks about embracing whatever weather comes your way. Loves Dr. Cowan’s book “Human Heart, Cosmic Heart”.

-Casey says Julie in MN has symptoms of dehydration. Drink enough water, add good salt to water, add bone broth, check thyroid with Broda Barnes basal temp method.

-Robert in Houston talks about a peaceful mind being as important for health as a strict lifestyle.

-Jules in NYC asks about Patrick’s plans for 2017. She hopes for more financial security in 2017.

-Dee in CA talks about changing to a positive, optimistic outlook, with good results. Is also responding to methylated versions of folate and B12 and pancreatic enzymes. Patrick teaches about HU, a love song to God…and sings HU to Dee. We’re all soul and doing the best we can.

-Atom says willpower only works when it’s continuous.

-Patrick likes Icelandic salt, as recommended by David Wolfe. Still doing paida lajing.

-CornucopiaPetFoods.com – a cooked, organic, human grade food for pets. Doodle gets raw chicken wings and supplemental Cornucopia.
