Pandiculation & Methylation

Pandiculation is a combination of yawning, stretching, contracting, reflexology, and defrosting.

Defrosting happens when carbon dioxide (a refrigerant) is eliminated by crying or weeping (full-body crying).

It’s like the “sweat” that precipitates on a roast when you remove it from a freezer.

There are only two diseases …

1) Anabolic diseases involving numbness (caused by excess carbon dioxide).

2) Catabolic diseases involving pain (caused by excess oxygen).

Pain often occurs in one place to balance numbness in another place, or the other way around.

Repressed emotions tighten nerves and muscles.

Releasing the Cognitive Shock (C-Shock) can make a tight muscle or group of muscles instantly loose.

The best way to release muscle stiffness and/or pain is to ask yourself, “Who’s the matter with me?”

Follow that up with, “When’s the matter with me?”

Lastly, ask, “What’s the matter with me?”

There’s much ado about “poor methylators.”

“Experts” claim that 45 percent of humanity have “dysfunctional methylation.”

Under-methylation and over-methylation have little to do with “genomic instability” and much to do with carbon dioxide metabolism.

Pandiculation suspends the symptoms, and, even better, resolving the C-Shock removes “the cause of the cause of the cause.”

You can suspend the symptoms with citrus fruit too, only you still have to resolve the C-Shock to remove “the cause times three.”
