Richard Proctor
Abortion Laws, Mask Mandates, Taxes, & More
Richard Proctor is a retired professional who has been a member of the Constitution Party for over 10 years, and previous candidate for the State of Utah Auditor in 2008 & 2012.
The goal of the party in Utah is to spread the message of “Honoring God, Defending the Family, and Restoring the Republic to the principles given us by the Founding Fathersâ€. This is the same message fostered by the Founding Fathers. They understood that to remain a free and prosperous nation their message needed to be embedded in the hearts and minds of each succeeding generation of Americans. The two major parties have failed miserably in that responsibility. The Constitution Party leadership is finding that this message resonates well with Utahans as it should. This is especially true of those conservatives who are moving to Utah. All of the state officers and nearly 70% of the county leadership are filled by transplants to this state. Our challenge is simply to get that message out to the public. Regardless of how difficult this task is, the party is intent on achieving it. As in other states, those coming into the party in Utah are not only disenfranchised republicans, but many democrats and independents as well. They are fully aware that the message of our Founding Fathers is a timeless one and one that is fitting to every generation of Americans.
Federal judge in Florida overturned mask mandate. It’s unconstitutional and she knows it.
States can do anything they want as long as it doesn’t violate terms of the Constitution.
States can’t do agreements with other nations, no bills of credit, can’t coin (print) money, no bills of credit.
Federal government can’t do anything that is not in the constitution. Constitution was written to chain down the federal government.
Money is regulated by how much is printed. Printing more makes them more worthless.
CDC is unconstitutional. There is no provision for it. CDC is private, but the government can’t use it.
Ten Commandments are written to the nature of man. Constitution codifies what the government should do. 10th amendment limits them. States are the power of this country.
If there is a real pandemic, CDC can only recommend.
Why do the airlines enforce masks? The FAA can shut them down. But the FAA isn’t constitutional, it’s for the states to decide. Same with FCC and DOJ.
Biden asking DOJ to overturn the elimination of the mask mandate.
Constitution was ratified in 1788. 1790 was the first Constitutional violation re: number of representatives from the states. 1 resolution for every 30,000 people, changed to 1 for every 50,000. Federalists wanted constitution to bind the people and larger ratio, anti-federalists wanted the people to bind the government and smaller ratio.
1791 was next violation. Created a 20 year charter of First National Bank of the United States.
Before 1791, money was controlled by Congress. 1 oz gold and 16 oz of silver were equivalent.
Production, the number of things being sold, is the key to value. Mv=pt. m=supply of money, v=velocity, t=number of transactions. Can tell you how much to print to keep inflation stable.
John Maynard Keynes was a Fabian socialist. He cooked the books when he devised the formula.
Debt is not the issue. We don’t need debt. Saying we need debt to grow is garbage. Don’t base our economy on debt.
3 year audit of Federal Reserve between 2006 and 2010. Found the FED printed 16 trillion dollars (M3) in that time and sent it to the banks in Europe.
Congress has power to collect import taxes, tariffs – that’s what the gov ran on before 1913.
Taxes are meant to control us. What happens when they lower taxes? The wealthy have to pay less taxes and have more money to invest in new businesses. Creates generation of value.
Will the government overturn the lifting of the mandate? The Supreme Court has no say in this, according to the constitution.
Abortion laws – constitutionally, the laws are up to the states.
People need to get mad at the federal government taking our authority away.
Since when do 9 people of the Supreme Court overrule the 330 million of the population?
What is the purpose of the Supreme Court? Article 3, section 1, paragraph 1 says what the Supreme court can do. Follow the law, not change the law. Controversies between ambassadors, public ministers, admiralty law, controversies in which government is a party, controversies between 2 or more states, citizens of different states, and more. All are controversies between states or international parties.
Today elections are decided by what the guys above want. They own all the media, ever since J.P. Morgan. Morgan used Rockefeller money to buy out editorial control of papers.
Roe vs. Wade said abortions are permitted throughout the US. Did they define life? Their job was political, to get abortion started. Constitution doesn’t say anything about abortions, so federal government can’t touch the subject.
It’s up to Texas to talk about what a crime is in Texas. It’s the job of the state legislature to represent the will of the people.
Politico leak of US Supreme Court draft saying abortion would become illegal was to stir up pro-abortion base.
Roe vs. Wade was a bad decision to start with. Fetuses are alive from the moment of conception.
Allen Drury authored Capable of Honor in 1966. A political novelshowing how media controls the people. The hero of the book is Wonderful Walter (Walter Lippman). There is no coincidence in government.
Three ways to change the constitution. Texas or any state can say the federal income tax is illegal, it violates state law, and thereby refuse to allow enforcement.
Richard will talk via Zoom to any group, preferably over 10 people, that meets anywhere in the country.
Christine asks if we’ll just have blue states doing abortions if Roe vs. Wade is overturned.
No state without its consent can lose its senators in the Senate.
Gerard asks if any state can secede from the US if it wants? They can try, but it will probably be impossible to achieve.
Sean asks about the corporate US and the non-corporate US. All corporations are owned by someone. Who owns the corporate US? The Bank of England. Corporations came after 1871, when we were in debt to England from the Civil War.
We should not be incorporated. Just organize, do not incorporate.
The county government owns your land and buildings. If you don’t pay your property taxes, they can sell it to someone else for taxes.
What determines the value of the land? What people will pay for it. The value is the last time it was sold. Now government wants to tax investments before they’re sold.
Admiralty law vs civil law. Presidency requires one parent to be a citizen of the US. Neither of VP Kamala Harris’ parents were a citizen.
