Richard Proctor
The Constitutionality of the Election & Can It Be Overturned? If so, how?
Richard Proctor is a retired professional who has been a member of the Constitution Party for over 10 years, and previous candidate for the State of Utah Auditor in 2008 & 2012.
The goal of the party in Utah is to spread the message of “Honoring God, Defending the Family, and Restoring the Republic to the principles given us by the Founding Fathersâ€. This is the same message fostered by the Founding Fathers. They understood that to remain a free and prosperous nation their message needed to be embedded in the hearts and minds of each succeeding generation of Americans. The two major parties have failed miserably in that responsibility. The Constitution Party leadership is finding that this message resonates well with Utahans as it should. This is especially true of those conservatives who are moving to Utah. All of the state officers and nearly 70% of the county leadership are filled by transplants to this state. Our challenge is simply to get that message out to the public. Regardless of how difficult this task is, the party is intent on achieving it. As in other states, those coming into the party in Utah are not only disenfranchised republicans, but many democrats and independents as well. They are fully aware that the message of our Founding Fathers is a timeless one and one that is fitting to every generation of Americans.
Richard Proctor has a great book we recommend for you, your family and friends. You can order from your favorite book store and also below on the following website. The Book “Saving The Constitution.â€
Show highlights:
“I’m playing the role of Paul Revere — ‘The socialists are coming!'” says Richard Proctor, author of Saving the Constitution.
He explains why the Trump/Biden election was unconstitutional.
“Bogus!” is the word he uses, and spells out the historical details.
The trail leads back to the “circular reasoning” of Supreme Court Judge John Marshall in 1803.
Richard Proctor explains why The Naked Capitalist, by W. Cleon Skousen, was so important for him back in 1969.
Can the current election be overturned?
Do we have any Constitution at all?
Can we stop the globalists?
What about Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia’s death by “natural causes” without an autopsy?
Who is controlling Joe Biden?
What about Kamala Harris?
A listener writes in, “Do We the People have a Constitutional right for a Congressional inquiry of Dominion Voting, or more importantly, their backer Staple Street Capital. Why does a large organization like Staple not even have a Wikipedia page when much smaller companies do? Where’s the transparency?”
“There IS no transparency.” Richard Proctor elucidates.
What about Donald Trump’s Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election?
Can the President suspend habeas corpus?

What about an election do-over?

The facts are clear that our election was rigged. The problem is that our governmental system from the Supreme Court to our “elected” officials is broken. Most of our politicians are owned by the Chinese. In my opinion, the only way to correct this treasonous election is for President Trump to activate his Executive Order 2018, declare martial law, activate the Insurrection Act, temporarily suspend Habeas Corpus and conduct a military tribunal and charge ALL those domestic and foreign actors with treason. The fraudulent election is only the tip of the iceberg. Our system is under a global attack by the CCP, Russia, and other nations who have infiltrated our universities, corporations, wall street, Hollywood, and our “elected” officials at all levels. The social and mainstream media is complicit in carrying out this cyber-Coup d’état by suppressing our freedom of speech and shutting down any YouTub or website that expresses opposition to the false narrative of the Deep State. Once the heads of the snakes have been removed, we will regain our President and nation. Those who participated in this egregious act will pay the ultimate price.

Great show, thank you Patrick and Richard. It was comic relief to imagine the corrupt ones going off to camps, facing the very thing they long to put on the innocent targets of their lawlessness. Well, even Jesus flipped the tables of the same ilk two thousand years ago. The following were just some items I found, which I thought may be of interest.:
In keeping with Article V1 Section 2 of the Constitution:
“A law repugnant to the Constitution is void. An act of Congress repugnant to the Constitution cannot become a law. The Constitution supersedes all other laws and the individual’s rights shall be liberally enforced in favor of him, the clearly intended and expressly designated beneficiary.†–Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803)
“An unconstitutional law is void and is as no law. An offense created by it is not crime. A conviction under it is not merely erroneous but is illegal and void and cannot be used as a legal cause of imprisonment.†– Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371 (1879)
“An unconstitutional act is not law. It confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.†– Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (1886)
“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule-making or legislation which would abrogate them.†–Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966)
I never could understand how the supreme court usurped an individuals right to interpret and utilize the the US Constitution for themselves. But at least some earlier ones got it right. Who needs arbiters and interlopers? All laws are to be written such that anyone can understand them, and if not, they are “void for vagueness” to my knowledge. Any thoughts welcomed. Thank you again.
