Special 2 Hour Show on SIBO (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)
This is PhD level information that most health practitioners are ignorant of…for now
Sandy Rideout
Authority on Gastrointestinal Tract Issues
Sandy Rideout is a Functional Medicine Consultant whose focus and passion is on gastrointestinal tract disease and disorders and how they have a systemic effect on all other systems in the body. Evidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction has been linked to disease including autoimmune, diabetes, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and cancer.
Through the lens of functional medicine, Sandy focuses on all systems in the body and how they function together as one whole system which makes us human. He focuses on the patient who has the disease and NOT the disease that the patient has. He investigates the root cause of disease rather than focusing on symptoms.
Sandy works closely with a well-respected Gastroenterologist to assist with diagnosis and treatment of patients with complex gastrointestinal issues. He also teaches the basics of functional medicine to other health professionals. His primary focus is on small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and has mapped out the pathways of the effects of SIBO on the body. He uses this SIBO map as a teaching tool as well as a guide for health professionals to use in their practice in diagnosing and treating their patients with various diseases.
Wayne Blakely
Founder of Living Streams Mission
Living Streams Mission has developed and manufactures a wide range of specialized liquid probiotic formulas to meet your health and wellness needs.Living Streams Multi-Blend™ (Living Streams Probiotic™) is a natural by-product of friendly bio-organisms (probiotics) that have been specially cultured and developed to produce the natural anti-infective substances the human body was meant to receive from flora in the intestinal track. Living Streams probiotics only contain organic lab certified bacteria species that are naturally found in the human body, and does not contain bacteria obtained from soil microbes.
Processed foods (for both humans and animals), lack enzymes and other nutrients which results in poor quality intestinal flora and other health stresses. Even the normal amounts of these substances that would otherwise be there are missing in most animals and people. On top of that, because the friendly bacteria are missing from the intestinal track growth of “bad†bacteria, fungus, yeast, virus and mold colonies can seriously harm health. Even if you think you are healthy, subclinical infective processes may be at work, slowly damaging your health.
Here are the two main webistes to get more involved with SIBO information and testing:

The sympathetic nervous system and HCL production. Short story, don’t eat while a tiger is chasing you.
HCL is mainly for killing bacteria in the food.
Probiotics create digestive enzymes, so suggesting, (as many do), that cooked food requires supplemental digestive enzymes..perhaps is just not true.
All of the various valves, three. opening and closing at the proper time, are magically synchronized and dependent on a wide variety of natural body processes.Â
Hear Patrick’s experience with Bifido II in the ear 3-4 times every day for week. Hint: He’s not going to stop for a while.
Hear and know what bio films are, why and how they work for protecting bad actors and how to find a bio film buster
The PH of various juices and areas of the stomach are a God thing: stomach, small intestine, and Colon…and mouth. To try to control, balance same through this or that is a fools game
Wayne suggests one of the main reasons so many Souls are “manic” is the lack of sulfur going to the brain, and that is being disrupted by Glyphosates..and began about 50 years ago and picking up steam.
Sandy talks about the best diet for SIBO issues
Mr. Ridout suggests that a Thyroflex test is way more accurate for low thyroid and thyroid blood testing proved to be 18% accurate to truly help the patient to fee normal again.
Wayne suggests that the Pineal Gland is the mother load and heads up the endocrine system
Here are some of the emails addressed during this great two hours of talk:
Which bÃfido are you taking? Is there one for maintenance too: Patrick is taking the Bifido II in the ears and in just one week has seen a nice change for the better in elimination functionality. The Bifido can be taken orally for the Yttrium in the Indian CurcuminÂ
Is there a connection between the illiocical valve and the Vegas nerve? Is there be any way of manipulating the Vegas merge to help the valve work properly?
Hi Patrick, can we hear more on the SIBO BREATH TEST.. Can we order the test on line? Can the results go to my practitioner directly if i am working with one? I have the symptoms of SIBO I should get tested.
Hi Patrick, can you tell Sandy to touch more on the diet strategies for SIBO? Is there a good strategy to follow?
Thanks,
Could you please ask Sandy a few questions:
1. Does he believes the herbs that can be suggested for SIBO are helpful, and do they solve the SIBO problem.
2. Can taking supplemental iodine kill off some of the bacteria that has travelled into the small intestine.
3. Can taking supplemental iodine kill all of your intestinal bacteria, even the good ones?
4. I have heard that the ileo-cecal valve often stays open in SIBO, allowing bacteria to enter the small intestine. Does Sandy know of a manual way or some way to keep this valve closed, or how to get it closed.
