I find it ironic that I found out about the “Medical Medium” Anthony William through a show with Stephen and that Anthony (and “Source”) recommends not ever consuming Whey Protein, which Stephen highly promotes. Anthony’s book states “Although whey is a popular protein source right now, few people are aware of the fact that whey protein contains glutamic acid which is a form of MSG. Regardless of advertisements declaring the cleanliness of a specific brand, all whey protein acquires glutamic acid during the product’s development process.” The book goes on to say that whey protein can be antagonistic to the body and can feed viruses.
Also on the list of foods that really don’t help the body include Apple Cider Vinegar, Eggs, and Fermented Foods! Who knew?!

I agree Matt. Whey is not good for everybody, but some people do really well with it. I have Type A blood, and whey is terrible with me. My wife, who is type O, just loves it and does great with it. Of all the diets that actually work, the Blood Type diet is the only one I’ve seen that is successful with most people. You still have to eat exactly what your taste buds and olfactory receptors are calling for; they help balance you out. This comes down to really getting in touch with yourself, which is a skill that was lost when we were children.
