This One Factor Is At The Foundation Of Many Ailments Such As Low Energy, Slow Healing, Gum Recession, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, High Blood Pressure, Colds, Flu’s, Infections And Cancer.

Dr. Carl Reich MD grew up with a sickly Father who suffered from constipation, skin eruptions and numerous health issues. After becoming a doctor he devoted his practice to a nutritionally based one. He started his practice in 1950 and by the 1970’s he’d come to the conclusion that the bodies acidity or alkalinity was the foundation of health or disease.

He’d found that when measuring the saliva pH of his patients that those with a pH between 7 and 7.5 were healthy. His patients with a pH between 6.5 and 6.0 were developing physical ailments. Those with serious diseases had pH’s below 6.0. He placed his patients on nutritional supplementation and healthy diet to change their patient’s pH. Within a few weeks to months as the patient’s pH climbed to 7 to 7.5 their diseases would improve or go away completely.

    Hi Patrick,
Is there an alternative as far as countering gum recession in regards to cod liver oil as suggested by Stephen Heuer? I am a vegan.

Our species evolved as omnivores. Failure to respect this self-evident fact leads to health problems and weak genes. Oil pulling is said to aid gum health but there is no substitute for animal foods.

Agree, some form of animal products, at least eggs and mild are crucial. Tried being vegan too, speak from experience. Drop it, the sooner the better. Now for the cod liver oil, the jury is out on the value or danger of fish oils. Fish oil even if not oxidised, will oxidise quickly in the body and according to Atom Bergstrom , Ray Peat, Brian Peskin and others, cause your tissues age by lipofuskinosis. I’d drop cod liver oil and get sun exposure for the Vitamin D, carrots with butter for vitamin A, youghurt and brussel sprouts for Vitamin K.

Most people have a hard time converting beta carotene to true vitamin A. Butter will always trump carrots.
