Having been poisoned with mercury fillings in 1976 and suffering from chronic constipation and adrenal exhaustion for 24 years, Stephen knows a thing or two about healing the digestive track. He discovered the key to healing from chronic constipation was first a thorough intestinal cleanse of any old fecal matter, followed by a specific supplementation to detoxify mercury from the intestines. Stephen learned how to remove mercury from his intestines in 1997. He took DMPS for 4 months and DMSA for 5 months. On the 9th month on the 9th dosage his elimination began to move 75% normal for the first time in 24 years. It took another 6 years to become 90% normal.
The first intestinal cleanse he did was in 1981. For 10 days he lived on carrot and grape juice some beet juice tablets and wheatgrass juice tablets. He mixed liquid clay with psyllium in a shake and drank this 3 times per day. On days 5 through 8 this old tired rubber fecal matter came out of my intestines. He felt reborn, brand new and happy to be alive again. Prior to this he struggled for 4 years with bloating, constipation, toxicity and the depression and anger this creates.
Stephen Heuer is the founder of Synergistic Nutrition. In 1990 he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree as a Nutripath, which was a Nutritional Correspondence course, much like the Naturopathic Doctor correspondence courses, just a slightly different name. He has done Live Cell Therapy, Ozone Therapy, Psychic Surgery, Visited John of God In Brazil, and Magnetic Therapy in England and many other therapies. -Microbes in gut determine if we’re obese or not. Antibiotics in first 6 months of life lead to obesity. 7% of breast milk are oligosaccharides, which are prebiotics.

-Microbes on the skin determine why mosquitoes like some people more than others.
-Microbiome recovers to some degree after antibiotics. Sub-therapeutic doses of antibiotics make rats obese. Antibiotics given to animals in our food supply alter their microbiome and thus create two paths to obesity in people. 1) Organisms make you more efficient at absorbing energy. 2) You crave and eat more.
-Yogurt is number one food leading to weight loss; nuts are good because they’re satiating. Number one food for weight gain are french fries. Super free radicals created from deep frying fat.
-Vitamin K2 takes calcium out of the arteries. Vitamin K1 is in greens, converts to Vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is in natto.
-What to eat to lose weight? Progurt, which restores the microbiome to that of a newborn baby. Made from Human Protein Isolates which are indigenous to the gut. Has 500-1,000 different species of microorganisms. Capability of making 1 trillion CFU organisms per sachet. We normally have 14 trillion or 3-5 lbs. of microorganisms in us.
-Making Progurt. Put prebiotic syrup into milk with a sachet of progurt. Incubate at 85-95 C for 24-48 hours. Eat on an empty stomach. Or put sachet of progurt into water or juice and drink.
Hour 2
-Progurt microorganisms survives stomach acid and bile because the yogurt protects the microorganisms from destruction.
-Progurt will help constipation. But if a person has dead intestinal motor complex nerves, such as from mercury poisoning, it won’t fix the problem.
-Collette wants to know what will help spinal stenosis. Stephen recommends a decalcification protocol with Vitamins A, D, K2, Rosita Cod liver oil, Synergy One, Bone & Heart Health.
-What do different body odors and poop colors mean? Light colored stools – not enough bile, or a lot of dairy consumption. Real dark poop can mean blood.
-What is best way to absorb Vitamin B12? Need intrinsic factor in stomach to absorb oral B12. Best forms of Vitamin B12 are methylcobalamin and 5-adenosylcobalamin.
-Healing effects from Andreas Seed Oils: Puts out inflammation and restores cell wall integrity, because it supports the correct structure of fatty acids in the cell wall.
-Flax oil has 3 unsaturated bonds, very susceptible to oxidation. Andreas Seed Flax Seed Oil has only 2% oxidation because it’s made with less temperature and more pressing. Enables you to absorb energy from the sun better.
-Patrick likes combo of One World Whey, colostrum, and Andreas Seed Oil. Andreas Seed Flax Seed Oil shown to be more effective than cottage cheese for Budwig protocol. Emulsifies better so better absorbed.
-Degenerative discs helped with Synergy One and alkalizing the body. Use an inversion table and pump on it by dropping head down to 45 degrees and back up. Gets interstitial fluid into the discs. pH Caps. Smooth Joint has bioactive form of silica, orthosilicic acid. Joint Strength also good, has chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid.
-Fruitarian diet – good for some, not for others. Dissolves calcium.
Hour 3
-Benefit of eating on time. Liver involved for detoxifying body and creating glycogen from 11 pm-1 am, then 1-3 am for gall bladder. Suggestion of vegetables and proteins before 2 pm, fruits and carbohydrates in the afternoon.
-McDonald’s started out with fresh daily beef (not frozen), in-store prepared potatoes and beef tallow for frying french fries, and milk shakes made with ice cream.
