A couple of months ago, it was brought to light that the whey product we sell on our website, One World Whey, was not being marketed with the proper label. The protein content was not 21 grams per serving, which was stated on the label and the carbohydrates were running a bit higher. Stephen Heuer,Nutripath and Founder of Cocoon Nutrition, stepped up and shared the information. We quickly removed the product from our website, but because we love the product so much, we continued to use it. It’s never been about the protein content for us and according to the letters we continue to receive from listeners, who love the product, it doesn’t seem to be a big enough deal to remove it from our store. We invited Stephen on the show today to talk about the formula and tell us why this whey product works. By popular demand, we will be again selling One World Whey.
Show Highlights:
-Cleansing and detoxing with One World Whey: Stephen recounts stories of healing by One World Whey users
-Toxins get stored in layers in your tissues: Stephen tells us how proper nutrition goes through the layers to get to the toxins
-Stephen explains the analysis of the protein and carbohydrate ratios; the inventor lied about the protein content, but the amount of protein is not the magic here
-Choosing the grass for the grass fed cows which supply the milk for this product
-The quality and the enhancements result in technology which effects the body in a positive way; Stephen explains
-The fascinating topic of epigenetics
-It’s a good formula as far as it’s effectiveness, there’s no reason to change the formula; Stephen tells us why
-Do we throw the baby out with the bath water: Why throw out a product that obviously brings great results just because the protein is lower than thought. The proof is in the pudding
-Non GMO maltose and dextrose comprise the carbohydrate content
-Why our bodies need carbohydrates
-Losing your craving for excess carbs by getting your trace minerals and animal fats
-Stephen explains his business ethics
-People have forgotten that they have their own instincts and intuition
-Why Stephen does not like protein isolates
-Can One Whey World aid in wound healing?
and so much more!

I’m sorry that rational does not work for me. Based on your label I believed that I was purchasing a wholesome protein supplement. I am diabetic and don’t think it’s correct for you to rationalize that your product does not need to be corrected because its good anyway. Good is relative! And based on your label’s claims I believed I was acting responsibly for my health. That has turned out not to be so. I believe you are responsible to live up to your label or refund our money so we can go else where and purchase what we were trying to get from One World Whey.
I have never yet gone out purposely to find a good, highly nutritious, high carb product. I am not lacking in good quality carbs and dont need for anyone to decide that for me. What I’d like is what you advertised or my money back. I thank you.

I just looked at my container of One World Whey and besides it saying 25 gms Protein and 2 gms Carbohydrates, the ingredients only mention the whey protein concentrate and the “ProVanilla from all natural raw vanilla bean, stevia leaf extract.” Where does the “Non GMO maltose and dextrose” get mentioned on the label? For someone who reads labels this is unacceptable. Especially since dextrose comes from corn, what if someone was allergic to corn?

I really enjoyed the product, sorry to hear about the labeling error. I wonder if the new formulation will taste the same, I really liked it.
