    Thank you both for sharing your insights and stories. I recently attended a workshop with Master Mantak Chia and he mentioned that in Taoist traditions the Violet Light of the Universe (in my understanding he means the ultraviolet light) is considered to be the most powerful healing force. It also contains wisdom and knowledge. The 3rd of December Master Chia will give online a Violet Light direct transmission and teach how to store it in the body.     While listening to your conversation I also had to think of what I heard from somebody about healing and regenerative powers of a fetus. She said that a fetus can heal and regenerate so fast mainly because of a high level of Co2 in its blood, much higher than in an adult person. And if there would be more Co2 in the atmosphere resp. in the air we breathe we would never get sick or heal instantaneously and we could even live forever or as long as we want. I wonder if there is a research about effects of high level Co2 in the blood on health.

    The info on Co2 I heard from a Russian woman. I don’t know if it was channeled or if she got it from Russian scientists which I think in some fields are more advanced than the Western science. My feeling is that it could be true and maybe there is a breathing technique that helps increase the Co2 level in the blood.

    Personally I started to practice reverse abdominal breathing which is especially recommended for women and it actually feels more natural to me now (but I’m not trying to convince anybody). And I heard the mother of a little baby say she realized her baby would breathe the reverse way, so maybe it is our original way to breathe? Just sharing some spontaneous thoughts.
