This company charges a one time fee and then helps you use the HELOC to replace your checking account to pay off your mortgage early. By using this technique, you use the HELOC liquidity to save thousands in the interest on your mortgage. This is really a simplification but I hope you know what I am describing. I still have 25 years left and am wondering if you know about this “truth in lending equity” idea and if this is a good idea? Thank you from a long time loyal listener.
