    Now we HAVE to start calling our food manufacturers to be sure there is no glyphosate on our food, or demanding testing. I believe you guys are on to something: the organic sulfur really helped my autoimmune gut problems…my leaky gut and gluten intolerance is 95% gone! Took me a diet change as well, but the sulfur accelerated the process!

    Could you ask Tony to address the “research” that says saturated fat is poison? Just watched a video of Dr Michael Greger (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=es4PFR5GZTY), who agrees with the approach of guys like Dean Ornish. What did they get wrong? Greger says that meat causes a higher insulin spike than refined carbs! (because the fat blocks insulin from getting into the bloodstream/muscles). Many thanks – love your interviews!!

    Hi Patrick and Tony- Recently, I bought a bottle of Citroma ( magnesium citrate) . One is supposed to drink the entire ten ounce bottle as directed for occasional use as a laxative. But in reading the label I discovered that a single ounce contains 1.75 grams of magnesium- a large dose. Almost everyone agrees that the modern diet is chronically low in magnesium. What does Tony think about using a tablespoon or two of magnesium citrate daily as a magnesium supplement?
