I don’t understand Tony’s position on Grains. He said EVERYTHING is GMO contaminated including lettuce, tomatoes, etc…

If so, then why Grains got singled-out as bad food due to GMO contamination while everything else which are equally GMO contaminated are ok…?

Grains have a lot of other issues going on with them (phytic acids, etc.). Also, grains are the root of most processed foods, if people think grains are okay then they will think processed foods are okay (think things in a box like cereals, bleached ‘enriched’ flours, etc. etc. I personally think ‘processed foods’ are the biggest problem we have with the food supply these days. Most processed foods don’t even make sense to me, they take a perfectly nutritious food, strip everything out of it and then add back in synthetic versions of the nutrients they think we need. What is the point? Just give us the real ‘unprocessed’ version.

Hi, love your shows, thanks! Another possibility for developing transparency of the teeth from the tips was told to me by my very knowledgeable natural dentist. He explained how it is dehydration of the actual tooth, and it is caused from sleeping with an open mouth; since in that state, air is being drawn in, over the teeth, but the lips are not covering the tips to protect them in the naturally wet environment of a closed mouth, which is normal during the day. I was amazed to learn what a delicate living substance the teeth are! Usually we’re worried about snoring, or sleep apnea, totally unaware of the quiet damage on the living teeth.

The documentary film Tony talks about is “Seeds of Death”.

“Seeds of Destruction” is William F. Engdahl’s book about GMO.

this in our in box from a D.C. in Florida. What do you think? What does your research say bout this subject?

Patrick, great show! I listen often and as much as I can. Just wanted to point something out. I was listening to the recent show with Tony Pantalleresco. He started off the show talking about vitamin C and how great it was in the “ascorbic acid” form. Yes, this can be correct when you’re dealing with a very sick individual. However, ascorbic acid is not vitamin C. Vitamin C is a complex of which ascorbic acid is only a part of. The whole food form complex is always better than just ascorbic acid. His assertion that ascorbic acid is better that the whole food complex is completely incorrect. This is not a doctor sales tactic, it’s proven science. Dr. Royal Lee of Standard Process proved this over and over. Now, I will admit when you have a very sick patient that needs large amounts of vitamin C, you can at least get the ascorbic acid form in, especially in life and death (The human body cannot die of an infection until all vitamin C has left the body). However, t!
o say that the whole food form is not as good is wrong. As a whole food complex, vitamin C is always superior.

Again, great show and I’m not trying to make Tony wrong, but the information is just inaccurate.

I was wondering what Tony’s take on ‘nutritional yeast’ is? Also, I know fulvic and humic acids help the minerals and anti-oxidants to penetrate into the cells and rebuild the mitochondrial DNA. Thus it provides an anti-aging effect and it can also help neutralize radiation.

I’ve always thought the same thing that the above poster started on whole-food vitamin C being better and readily useable. With the synthetic types, the liver has to “work” on them to make them readily useable, but with vitamin C it’s easier than other vitamins.

Also, the whole food vitamins Cs are good, but I think you will be fine if you took extra ascorbic acid when eating store-bought produce. Vitamin C is more volatile and degrades quicker than a lot of other phytonutrients, so one must eat food fresh to get it. The vitamin C in two-week-old produce is largely gone, but some of the other positive elements are still there (bioflavonoids, etc.). So why not simple add a little vitamin C to your meals/water if you cant get food right out of the ground (or if it’s been cooked? Even David Wolfe said that of all the synthetic vitamins, he thinks ascorbic acid is the most useful he has found.

There’s so many variables, and Tony always states that it’s all relative to the situation/person. I’m totally in agreement with that.

I stumbled across one of Tony’s videos on youtube while looking for something else. Ever since that first video I saw I was hooked. I’ve listened to all of his podcast interviews on here. He’s the best!!
