The coming Treasury Reserve Note, money created by the United States Treasury and bypassing The Federal Reserve is beingtalked about world wide on many websites and blogs. Patrick Timpone asks Andrew Gause, currency historian of thirty five years,what he thinks of this. Is it a real story or a just a rumor with no real substance?
