YourNAVEL isyour connection to your mother, and is involved in “umbilical trauma” from the time of birth and the cutting of the umbilical cord.
In reflexology, the bellybutton isthe only part of the body that reflexes only to itself.
A woman with her eyes closed relaxed on Swami Nitty-Gritty’s therapy table after an emotional Recycling.
Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) winked at me and circled his hand upward from her navel in a sweeping spiral motion.
His hand never touched her.
Her eyes still closed, the woman’s hips and abdomen forcefully elevated – following Nitty-Gritty’s hand- 6 or 7 inches off the table.
Nitty-Gritty spiraled his hand upward 2 more times – he always did everything in multiples of 3 – and her hips and abdomen lifted off the table each time.
She sobbed uncontrollably.
Nitty-Gritty soothed and comforted her – paying special attention to her auricular reflexes – till she quieted down, then he and I exited the room.
“What was THAT?” I exclaimed in amazement.
“Umbilical trauma,” he replied, barely turning around to glance at me as he nonchalantly sauntered on to the privacy of his bedroom and closed the door behind him.
One of Swami Nitty-Gritty’s definitions of SPIRIT is “spiraling power internally releasing invisible thought in terms of time.”
He explained …
“Spirituality is the spiralistic or elastic nature of God.
“Spiral, spirit, and spider come from the same root.
“The spider is a reflex of God.
“He spins the web of illusion, the web of Maya, through his BELLY, which is astral projection and the Tree of Knowledge.
“Everything he catches, he does not eat.
“He sucks the juice out, just as we suck the juice out of every experience.
“Only one thing can dissolve the spider’s web – the spider’s SPIT, which is the pineal gland, the Tree of Life.”

Your writings most always leave me with more questions. Your teachings are over my head most of the time, but… I keep coming back to them. I’m reaching and striving to understand it all. My mind gets blown each time. I’ve never read anything close to what you’re saying, and I’ve been reading and researching natural healing stuff for over a decade. Thanks.

Thank you. :)
I’ve been fortunate in the mentor department.
When I first met Swami Nitty-Gritty, I was in way over my head.
He told me, “This information is not new. The pieces of the puzzle are out there. I’m just the jerkhead who puts the pieces of the puzzle together.”
Indeed he DID.
