Re: Do you have 3 simple breathing exercises that we could use for better health?
(1) Alternate Breathing
Inhale in the right nostril to the count of seven.
Hold the breath in for the count of seven.
Exhale out the left nostril to the count of seven.
Hold the breath out to the count of seven.

“Therapeutic breathing is different from Yoga breathing.”
“The rotation cleansing breath is for bronchitis and asthma. Tap the chest while doing the alternate therapeutic breathing.”
(2) Alternate between breathing in the lower chest, middle chest, and upper chest
Kinesthetic accessing accompanies abdominal breathing.
Kinesthetic mode is facilitated when the head is lowered.
Auditory accessing accompanies diaphragmatic breathing.
Auditory mode is facilitated when the head is level or cocked to one side.
Visual accessing accompanies breathing in the upper chest.
Visual mode is facilitated when the head is up.

“Diaphragmatic breathing is greater at noon.”
(3) Cleansing Breath (Om Swaha Breath Technique)
Repeat this chant seven times while in the shower or standing in water.
“Om” is chanted as you slowly rise and inhale, bringing water up with the hands while tracing the five reflexology zones.
“Swaha” is chanted on the way down, exhaling and splashing the water down.
Om Swaha helps let go of “negative thoughts.”
Dermal respiration is breathing through the skin.

I knew this guy people called “Mole”. He was called that because he slept with his head under the covers.
Later i learned that breathing is more about EXhaling than about INhaling, that it’s more about getting rid of CO2 than it is about getting O2.
I myself have always slept next to windows wide open and i can’t stand a lack of fresh air. I guess this Mole character was somehow able to make more efficient use of his oxygen or something?
