Oxidized, crystallized, precipitated cholesterol unexposed or underexposed to the Sun’s UV radiation is a legitimate threat to health, NOT circulating, ENERGIZED cholesterol.

Cholesterol’s peroxidation residues and ozonolysis byproducts (atheronals) are far more dangerous than cholesterol per se.

(1) Cholesterol prevents cancer, especially the metastasis of cancer.

(2) Cholesterol is an antioxidant that actually protects against heart attacks. It’s a defense mechanism against oxidative hyperalkalinity.

(3) Cholesterol is a heart stimulant, and leukocytes are especially rich in it.

(4) Free cholesterol neutralizes sapotoxins in some toad and snake poisons, and it’s been used to bind tatanolysin and to treat paroxysmal hemoglobinuria.

(5) There’sNO SEXwithout cholesterol. The best cholesterol for the manufacture of sexual hormones is LDL cholesterol, not HDL cholesterol.

(6) Cholesterol opposes fatty acids (including radiomimetic ones), such as the ones that accumulate in classic shock reactions – overalkalinity due to sodium chloride’s chloride ions combining with abnormal fatty acids and sodium ions joining with carbonate ions.

(7) Cholesterol is necessary for wound healing and healthy scar formation.

(8) Cholesterol is necessary for cell wall integrity, nerve cell integrity, and blood vessel integrity.

(9) Cholesterol promotes LONGEVITY LIFESTYLES. According to …

Uffe Ravnskov, M.D., Ph.D. (recently interviewed on One Radio Network), “The Benefits of High Cholesterol,” Wise Traditions in Food, Farming and the Healing Arts, Spring 2004, “High cholesterol is associated with longevity in old people. It is difficult to explain away the fact that during the period of life in which most cardiovascular disease occurs and from which most people die (and most of us die from cardiovascular disease), high cholesterol occurs most often in people with the lowest mortality. How is it possible that high cholesterol is harmful to the artery walls and causes fatal coronary disease, the commonest cause of death, if those whose cholesterol is the highest, live longer than those whose cholesterol is low?”
