“Corn, cane, and sunflower are designed for the back. They contain silicon and calcium. Take feta cheese, cayenne, dill pickle, and ghee for the lower back. Eat carrot, radish, and beet for the lower leg. Silicon is for flexibility.”
[Note: Corn, cane, and sunflower are midday Zone Two foods.
Feta cheese, cayenne, and dill pickle are also midday Zone Two foods.
Ghee (clarified butter) is neutral.
Use sheep feta cheese.
Carrot, radish, and beetroot are evening Zone Three foods.]
“Arthritis can be caused by the barnacle-ization of calcium from the uric acid in meat.”
[Note: Bruce Bower (“Neanderthal’s diet put meat in their bones,” Science News, June 17, 2000) wrote …
“A preponderance of carbon signals heavy consumption of plants in the last few years of an organism’s life, nitrogen’s dominance betrays intense meat eating.”]
“A bone spur is a barnacle put there by trauma or incorrect timing of food.”
[Note: Trauma of any kind – including surgery – always alkalizes the body, and can cause ..,
CALCIPHYLAXIS (vascular calcification and skin necrosis),
SCLERODERMA (calcification and hardening of the skin and connective tissue),
TUMORAL CALCINOSIS (calcium deposits resembling tumors), and/or
TUMOR METASTASIS (metastatic cancer, “daughter tumors” from a primary tumor).
Tumor metastasis includes cancer of the prostate.
Calcium and vitamin D make a man more vulnerable to prostate cancer, especially to the aggressive form.
Remember, acidity GROWS cancer, and alkalinity SPREADS cancer.]
“Bonding of the bone occurs in two ways – welding, which leaves a lip, and fusing, which makes the place of the break stronger than before. If you don’t polarize the break, it will heal with a lip.”
[Note: Adano routinely used a TENS unit to polarize broken bones.
A TENS unit is a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation device.]
“The proximal end of a bone is its north pole, and the distal end is its south pole.”
[Note: The two separated sections of a broken bone repel each other unless the bone is electrically polarized.
Yawning and stretching help polarize broken bones – in case you don’t have access to a TENS unit.]
“Ghee will build back bone marrow. It has a high concentration of iron and calcium in an unusual way, and can be used to fry without hurting the liver, gall bladder, and appendix.”
[Note: Iron and calcium often don’t get along and counteract each other, even in a conventional chicken egg.
Century eggs, also called thousand-year-old eggs, balance the two.]

Hi Atom,
Re: Adano routinely used a TENS unit to polarize broken bones.
Would a TENS unit fuse bone in the little toe (the one who went wee, wee, wee all the way home) that broke 12 years ago and still has not fused?
Will eating bone marrow of a grass-fed cow also build up bone marrow in the human body?
Thank you for all your invaluable information ;)

If it’s still separated, it can help.
If it’s already welded, it has to be broken again to be fused … not your highest choice.
Cow bone marrow helps build bones, but beware of prion contamination.
Children often instinctively suck on bone marrow.
The Urinary Bladder Meridian ends at the outer side of the “wee, wee, wee toe.” ;)

Desi ghee (clarified butter) and bamboo shoots make a good Zone Three evening combination for bone health.
(Don’t use vanaspati ghee, made from vegetable oil.)

“Bamboo is a fiber model of bone. It is like hollow bones with joints, and ghee is for the bone marrow. Heat bamboo up to harden it. Spin the body to make the bone hard.”
Yet another reason for Sufi whirling. :)
