If you are a regular One Radio Network listener, you are familiar with our guest, Atom Bergstrom, who joins us the first Monday of every month and writes a fascinating blog which can be found on this site. You will also have heard him reference his gal pal, Vibrant Gal, who follows eating on time and has extensive experience in the art of healing, nutrition, farming, yoga, ballroom dancing. Vibrant Gal will join us for the second hour of our show to talk about her fascinating journey of self healing.
-Vibrant Gal was very well educated and went to many schools. After discovering the work and ideas of John Taylor Gatto, she’s not so sure she would have taken the same path of education.
-Vibrant Gal is Atom Bergstrom’s pal gal. She tells the endearing story of how they met and how she healed a broken ankle by releasing traumas, chronobiotic nutrition and visualization.
-Used magnets on her broken leg to realign bone. Bone trabeculae is similar to rebar. When bones are traumatized, they lay down more calcium, makes them stronger, denser, but less flexible. Want a happy medium. Important to reset bone in proper alignment. Less healing of bone if foreign metal elements placed in bone. Bone is orange – added minerals produce a shatterproof substance like borosilicate glass.
-Color recycling helps heal trauma. Can listen to cat’s purr on solar timing website – helps heal bones. Cats stretch front and back legs before walking.
-Sleeping in day – lose calcium, unless sleeping prone.
3-5 am. Lung time. Release traumas.
5-7 am. Large intestine time. Want “constipated calcium” but non-constipated bowels.
7-9 am. Stomach time. Almonds good for setting HCl for digestion for rest of the day.
9-11 am. Spleen-Pancreas time. Good time to eat an orange. Eat citrus alone or leave alone
11-1 am. Heart time. Bone fusion time.
11:30 am-12 solar time best for laying in the sun. Only need 2.5 UV to get Vit D, per uv.willyweather.com. Shine infrared light on areas that need healing.
-Vibrant Gal used cobalamin tonic to regulate her hormones and temperature. 1 tsp cacao, 1 tsp maple syrup, over coffee. No longer has cold hands, cold feet.
-Hair grew longer after eating on time. Skin, teeth, bones have similar properties. To increase tooth enamel, eat a pear with a handful of pine nuts. Teeth have rings in them like trees. Biological rhythms and events of life show up on the teeth.
-Robert from Houston asks about metal in body below the waist, has metal plate in arm and staple in knee. Metal below waist drains energy. Medi-body mud pack from Dr. Bob Marshall for areas that might have biofilms.
-Squatty potty discussion. Important that thigh presses against the bowels.
-Combination of 1 tsp. dolomite, goat or feta cheese, 1 tsp clarified butter, dill pickles, raw spinach, cayenne – good for healing bones.
-Clarified butter, silicone source, buffers the starch in potato. Time zone neutral.
-Osteoporosis is a result of non-movement, not age. Good to build up muscle around the bone.
-Engram associated with broken foot. Vibrant Gal and Atom have “moving trauma” – trauma from having to move a lot. Envision healing that by living on a farm.
-Tamarind, carob, maple syrup, water – alternative drink to cobalamin tonic
-Gives foods good for each solar time.
-Atom wrote Body Language Compendium. Red flag languaging – beware of saying things like: I feel it in my bones; my dreams have been shattered; and give me a break.
-Alcohol – creates osteoporosis. Turns bones into noodles. But tequila, aloe, and pineapple juice combo is helpful for healing bones, regulate hormones. Desert Essence aloe – leaf and gel, in ORN store. Aloe best at night.
