Aluminum is a Morning Zone One element, and ORANGE is its single color predominance – so we automatically know aluminum has something to do with sexuality and sexual hormones.
Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …
“Aluminum is necessary for metabolism. It is a basic building block of clay chemistry, and it makes a matrix for the elements to attach. Too much aluminum causes Alzheimer’s disease. Too little loses an erection. The penis can’t hold an erection without aluminum. The womb can’t function properly either.”
The right amount of aluminum added to a pickle makes it crisp.
Too much – when the pickle juice gets cloudy – equals a mushy brain.
Aluminum at the proper dose and at the right time of day helps walk the razor’s edge between phallic and cephalic jurisdictions.
Aluminum is a growth enhancer and it resists hydrogen toxicity.
AVOID INDUSTRIAL ALUMINUM as much as possible, e.g., the aluminum compounds used as a COAGULUM is most municipal water supplies.
Plant species are divided into two categories …
(1) aluminum excluders and
(2) aluminum accumulators.
Well, there’s a third category …
Aluminum-tolerant plants.
Zone One Morning Foods …
Bay leaf is an aluminum accumulator.
Citrus fruits are aluminum accumulators.
Citrus juices – as well as many other fruit juices – contain citric acid, which enhances aluminum absorption in the body.
Aluminum is AMPHORETIC – it reacts with both acids and alkalis.
Zone Two Midday Foods …
Corn, barley, celery, chaparral, oregano, mint, and thyme are aluminum accumulators.
Tea is the most well-known aluminum accumulator.
It contains so much aluminum it’s actually been blamed for the decline of the British Empire – just as lead was blamed for the downfall of the Roman Empire.
But maybe it had something to do with the Beatles, women’s liberation, and the sexual revolution.
Zone Three Evening Foods …
(To Be Continued)
Aluminum, clay chemistry, and Alzheimer’s disease are covered extensively in all four volumes of Butterflies Need No Taxidermist.

More on aluminum coming in a day or two.
I’m on a Road Trip visiting Ojai, California, heading for Lompoc.
My Ojai friends and I hung out with Swami Beyondananda and his wife Trudy last night. :)

February 27, 2012 @ 10:51 pm atomb
Yes, Josephine. :)
Saturday & Sunday only for phone consultations.
In person is best for Body Language, and that’s mostly any day of the week if you’re anywhere near Lompoc on the Central Coast.

Dear Atom :)
Can you, please, tell us if the following would best be eaten during midday, or both morning & midday (or when)?:
Chyawanprash is traditionally used as a tonic for healthy living. Made from a time honoured recipe, with unique herbs, spices and honey. Its nutritious ingredients have been enjoyed for centuries to promote well being.
Ingredients …
Jaggery, honey, ghee, amla fruit, cardamom, ashwagandha, pippali, haritaki, vasaka, purnarnava, gokshura, kantakari, guduchi, vidari, shatavari, musta, bilva fruit. ”
We were not looking for it, but it found us somehow & may well be tried soon : )
Have you tried it?

Chyawanprash is everything from tree to root and in between, so there’s 3 ways to take it …
(1) only during the 7 days of Lunar Time,
(2) 3 times a day following normal Solar Nutrition meals, or
(3) between 11:00 and 11:15 am.
Time-honored combinations are usually OK, but 17 herbs, fruits, and nuts together is something like eating a meal composed of almonds, bananas, kiwi, cocoa, grapefruit, beans, squash, spinach, tomatoes, strawberries, cranberries, potatoes, parsnips, pineapple, radishes, garlic, and ginseng.
Food combining is often overregarded, but sometimes the “poor little man in the pail” (stomach) really DOES get confused. :(
