Re: Does regular ‘fermentation’ have the same or similar effects as actually drinking alcohol?
Yes, it can.
The cells of microbiota (bacteria, fungi, and archaea) outnumber the cells of the entire human body by a factor of TEN TO ONE – and most of these call the intestines their home.
That’s why our MICROBIOME is called “the forgotten organ.”
The anaerobic and antioxidant (without oxygen) fermentation of sugars is 17 times less efficient that the normal aerobic and oxidant (with oxygen) fermentation.
Dysfermentaion and excess alcohol production in the intestines is an inappropriate antioxidant defense against hyperalklinity, and is a breeding ground for cancer and other morphological formations precipitated by lactic (ruminal) acidosis.
This “auto-brewing syndrome” can be severe enough to cause drunkenness, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), etc.
A lack of proper enzymes (qualitative, quantitative, and/or TIME-APPROPRIATE) is a common cause of gut (or vaginal) dysfermentation.
For example, a galactokinase deficiency can cause galactose sugar – 10 percent higher in goat’s milk than in cow’s milk – to reduce to galactitol, a sugar alcohol, resulting in such metabolic afflictions as …
(1) mental retardation,
(2) hepatosplenomegaly (simultaneous enlargement of both the liver and spleen), or
(3) cataracts (by galactitol drawing water into the eye and by oxidizing and clumping the proteins in the lens).
Concerning alcohol, Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) advised …
“Take a little alcohol for your stomach’s sake, not for your brain’s. An American Indian can handle one jigger of alcohol, an Oriental, two jiggers, and a Caucasian, three jiggers.”
… and …
“The boron in Indian corn allowed the American Indian to remain muscular without exercise, but it also left him vulnerable to alcohol.”
… and …
“B and O [blood types] suffer from alkalosis if they don’t eat meat. A and AB suffer from acidosis if they prefer meat over vegetables. Alcohol will stabilize types B and O.”
… and …
“Kundalini is when the alcohol is rushing upwards in the spinal cord – the spine is an inverted thermometer.”
Adano called alcohol “cellular antifreeze,” and recommended …
“To protect yourself from traveler’s disease, drink the local alcohol.”
Men metabolize alcohol more efficiently during Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 am), and women metabolize it more efficiently at Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 pm).
Men have more alcohol dehydrogenase in the stomach.
Bladder Time is also Fertility Time.
Lithium – found in such foods as Indian corn – is stimulated by combining it with alcohol, and lessened by combining it with caffeine.
If the dosage of lithium carbonate – used to treat bipolar disorder – is combined with alcohol, lithium poisoning occurs, especially on a sodium-free diet.
95 percent of alcohol detoxification – alcohol to acetaldehyde to acetic acid to carbon dioxide and water – occurs in the liver.

Swami Nitty-Gritty had impeccable ENZYME MASTERY.
I’ve seen him drink an entire quart of tequila in less than an hour with no signs of inebriation whatsoever.
Like the warning goes, “Don’t try this at home.” :)

Ditto Master Chen (Yun Xiang Tsung).
An acquaintance of mine saw him eat heaping plate after plate after plate after plate of food.
Master Chen read his mind, and remarked …
“I don’t shit. I turn it all into Qi.”

Re: Cancer Update – Read This !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s a chain e-mail HOAX that’s been circulating for several years.
We’ll be in the Aquarian Age for sure the day Johns Hopkins recommends taking Bragg’s Aminos to prevent cancer.
Meanwhile, we’re still in the Aquarium Age. :(

Hi,
During the full moon days before & after, when do you drink the cobalamin tonic is it still 7-9am?

During the first year of eating the Chronobiotic way, it doesn’t matter if you shift the timing or not during “Lunar Time.”
After the first year, it’s a good idea to shift the timing per the “cafeteria style” instructions in Yes No Maybe: Chronobiotic Nutrition, or at least loosen up the timing a bit to “let off steam.”
The Moon Cycle is a major regulator of our immunity and antibody response defenses.
