What about the man who ate a coffin – handles and all – before he died?
He didn’t even lament, “I can’t believe I ate the whole thing!”
Is a human being supposed to be a carnivore? An omnivore? An herbivore?
We can pretty much eat any doggone thing we crave.
Craving is a philosophical word for HYDROGEN.
We’re like a giant red star burning hydrogen (desire) into HELIUM (memory) in its core.
Hydrogen creates hydrochloric acid for digestion, hydrogen sulfide for longevity, and so on.
Why limit yourself to being locked up inside a prison of matter over mind, when you can live a life (NITROGEN) of mind (OXYGEN) over matter (all the other chemical elements)?
Or did your parents give you mental blocks for Christmas?
Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …
“The mouth is the only atomic part of digestion.”
… and …
“The human brain is the only mechanism that can trigger atomic energy by thinking via the cerebrospinal fluid.”
… and …
“The atomic power of sonics lets you act what you say. Every human being is endowed with this power at the delta level of the brain, but not everyone is allowed to use it.”
The world’s greatest omnivore was Michel Lotito (1950-2007).
It took him only 40 years to eat 9 tons of metal (not to mention a gourmet feast of plastic, rubber, and glass).
No wonder he was called Monsieur Mangetout – MR. EATS-IT-ALL.
Some of the things he ate were …
1 single-engine Cessna 150 airplane (landing gear and all)
18 bicycles
15 shopping carts
7 television sets
1 computer
6 chandeliers
2 beds
1 pair of skis
1 400-meter (437.445 yards) steel chain
countless light bulbs
countless double-edged razor blades
1 coffin
etc., etc., etc., & on & on & on
The Guinness Book of World Records presented him with a plaque … and Mr. Eats-It-All ate it.
His chest was stapled regularly as a part of his nightclub act.
His nightclub audience used him as a dartboard on an ongoing basis.
How do you evaluate this guy’s bowel movement on the Bristol stool chart?

Mr. Eats-Its-All washed a typical meal down with 10 bottles of mineral oil and 25 GALLONS of water.
He reportedly died of causes (involving a stabbing wound) not related to his diet.

Re: What’s your take on fish oils?
Fish oils can prevent cancer, but, if you already have it, they can spread (metastasize) it.
An acidic terrain grows cancer, like a yellow dandelion in full flower.
An alkaline terrain spreads cancer, like a white dandelion dispersing its seeds.

Cancer is the desire for MORE.
All of us living in a materialistic society are vulnerable to the Big C …

Re: How do you activate selenium?
Do color therapy the way Swami Nitty-Gritty recommended.
5 minutes of color, 5 minutes of darkness, 5 minutes of color, 5 minutes of darkness, and so on.
Any color will activate selenium to a greater or lesser degree.
If Atom’s School of Time Conscious Living had a laboratory, I would investigate further.

The first electrical plant using photoelectric panels was built in 1882 by Thomas Edison.
The discoveries of Thomas Edison are being suppressed by General Electric because of their financial interest in nuclear armaments and its “beard,” nuclear power.
Some of GE’s suppressed records — including their anti-aging data — are in the library of Atom’s School of Time Conscious Living.
