Atman Is the Oxygen Atom
Vibrant Gal and I evacuated Montecito before the feces hit the rotary oscillator.
Instead of feces, make that millions of tons of mud and debris.
The landslide disaster at nearby La Conchita in 2005 involved only 400,000 tons of mud.
But we’re safe and sound and warm and dry on an isolated ranch east of San Miguel, California, 168 miles away from our home on Ladera Lane, watching the drama unfold on TV.

Both cars are packed with our “stuff,” including Vibrant Gal’s paper shredder, so I’m choosing to use our evacuation time to declutter.
While doing so, I rediscovered more Swami Nitty-Gritty quotes, many of them hitherto unpublished.
Here are some of them, in no particular order and without rhyme or reason.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
“Spirituality is intrinsic spiraling or continuous momentum.”
“Existence is the result of conscious momentum, which is the result of sonics.”
“Oxygen gives us the consciousness to say, ‘here,’ but ‘here’ is relative. ‘Here’ can be anywhere.”
“God breathed into man (144 elements) the breath of life (oxygen).”
“‘At’ means ‘next to,’ so Atman is ‘at manifestation’.”
“The Atman is the oxygen atom.”
“Man doesn’t have ‘self,’ but consciousness in the form of oxygen.”
“Above all things, get understanding — the ability to function in the now as happening.”
“Anger produces endorphins and megadorphins.”
“Temper things with the middle finger to achieve vibrancy.”
“Bawa is the reincarnation of Noah. The four women of untold wealth who travel with Bawa were Noah’s four daughters.”
“Coffee came to Turkey from Noah’s ark, which was simply a floating storage box.”
“The flood was in Mesopotamia between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, and the ark landed on Mount Ararat.”
“As the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle come together, I look forward to a wonderful enjoyment.”
“Libra doesn’t need verification that they’re a scale. Once they’re committed, they’re committed until they break it.”
“Every woman has a protective coating against their own vehemence.”
“Salt slows the urinary function, and sugar speeds it up for people who are pissed off at the world. They’re soured off because they’ve been told certain wonderful things that are lies.”
“These soured-off people need molasses and tomato juice.”
“You’ll quicker fear something that will make you shit than accept something that will make you breathe.”
“Bee pollen can be digested better by breast-fed people.”
“Can I hand you a pound of evil? I can only show you or point out to you your misapplied decisions. There is no such thing as evil.”
“The tape [Sonic Colonic] is more of an endocrine aligner.”
“Word is noise through a geometrical fixation.”
“Enlightenment is the actual moment when the sperm bonds with the ovum.”
“It’s sol mating. There’s no soul mating. In the actual experience, you’re 144 elements.”
“We originated from the planet Jupiter in a silicon body.”
“The carbon-based body is a volunteer system.”
“The cell doesn’t die; it starves. That’s why it’s eternal.”
“There are no chakras. They’re endocrine glands.”
“Drums are gonadal eliminative.”
“Flute or trumpet are gonadal reproductive.”
“Harp is pancreas and adrenals.”
“Bell is thymus.”
“The thunderclap is thyroid.”
“Lightning flashes are the pituitary.”
“The bagpipe is the pineal.”
“The spine is an elongated biological flute.”
“I look up at the stars and see all that real estate going to waste.”

“The things that change are not our real life. Within us there is another body, another beauty. It belongs to that ray of light which never changes.” — Bawa Muhaiyaddeen

Regarding meditation. What are the effects. My question is What are the most practical values of a successful practice of meditation in your experience? Is it clearing trauma? Clearing frustration?
When you see images during conscious sleep, does that indicate healing of trauma? I have experienced this. So what are your ideas of the actual value of the “light within the darkness”. Is it just emotional, Or does meditation deal with the physical body also? Like less breakdown of the physical cells.

Good questions! Definitely worth a blog entry.
“Meditation, Confession, Recycling” will be posted within the hour (Tao willing and if the cricks don’t rise).

Coming soon.
These quotes are from a detailed diary I kept in 1987.
It was accidentally left behind during our first evacuation.

There must be some great stuff in that diary. Would it make a mini ebook ?

It would make a MAXI e-book.
I’m a compulsive note-taker.
