Atom Bergstrom, born Gosta Ingvar Bergstrom, Jr, is credited as the founder of Sun Sync and the leading expert on a Sun-Centric lifestyle.
Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity.
Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.†He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots.
His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.
For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.

hi A solar man B thank you may i pease ask about Acrylamide with cooked potato
November 9, 2016 @ 2:32 pm Atom
Acrylamide is a mutagen and carcinogen.
In the U.S., most exposure comes from industrial leakage into our water and food supply.
Cigarettes, including second-hand smoke, are a major source of acrylamide.
Fried and especially deep-fried starches are major sources.
Black olives, prunes, bread, coffee, and, yes, baked potatoes do supply a limited amount of acrylamide.
Industrial contamination supplies hundreds of times more of this potent carcinogen.

Re: How is the Metabolic Theory of Cancer similar or different than Dr. Revici’s work?
Aside from the fact that Travis Christofferson’s Metabolic Theory of Cancer is not quite the same as Otto Warburg’s Metabolic Theory of Cancer, both are different than the Revici Method.
Both versions of the Metabolic Theory concentrate on the mitochondria, while the Revici Method factors in the entire body, including all of its “levels” and “oppositions.”
Incidentally, the Ketogenic Diet is brand-new to humankind.
No Blue Zone Diet or other Longevity Diet is ketogenic, and neither is the Inuit Diet, which is supposed to be.

To confirm, you do believe some people are magnetic conduit to being bullied, rape, bitten by dog, having a tree fall on their car, car being broken into, etc…?
To add to that, do you believe people who have bad things happen to them actually want it to happen to them? For example, do you believe some women who are raped actually wanted to be raped so that they can go through the drama, the emotions, the courts, etc, because they actually wanted to experience that so they could pinpoint something to complain about?

Free choice is involved, but no free will. (There’s the rub, to borrow a phrase from Wild Bill Shakespeare.)

According to Chicago Tribune Services, Nov. 1, 1978 …
“It may be possible that people ‘remember’ things that happen when they are just embryos, a clinical psychologist argued Tuesday at a conference in Chicago.
“Andrew Feldmar, a psychotherapist from Vancouver, said that he has treated three persons who repeatedly attempted suicide at about the same time each year.
“He learned from their mothers that the three were doing so on the approximate anniversaries of unsuccessful attempts to abort them as embryos.
“‘These mothers, after 30 years of never talking to anyone about it, each admitted to trying self-abortion,’ said Feldmar at a conference on psychological aspects of abortion sponsored by Loyola University.
“‘The month of the attempt coincided with anniversary attempts at suicide in the offspring,’ he said.
“‘Even the methods coincided. That is, one woman attempted abortion by ingesting a potion and her daughter’s 13 suicide usually involved chemicals. Another mother poked herself severely, an her son’s attempts involved such violence.’
“While the choice to have an abortion is an individual matter, Feldmar siad, women should definitely avoid unsuccessful abortion.
“His patients were able to stop their attempted suicides when they realized the source of their annual depression, Feldmar said.
“‘They could just remember the event rather than act it out,’ he said.
“While the abortion attempt occurred in the first month or two of pregnancy, before the fetal brain was formed, Feldmar said that doesn’t prevent a fetus from ‘remembering’ what happens to it.
“‘Consciousness isn’t necessarily related to the brain,’ Feldmar said. ‘Memory certainly isn’t just in the brain. We may recall memories through the brain but that doesn’t mean the brain is the seat of memory.’
“He said that an individual’s memories may date back to the egg and sperm that unite to begin reproduction.”

The MIND keeps track of TIME and SPACE with “us” either in the loop or entirely out of it —>
According to Milton H. Erickson (The Collected Papers of Milton H. Erickson, 1980) …
“… a stenographer was told in the trance state that for the next week while taking dictation she would change pencils on the 320th word, the 550th word, and the 725th word. These instructions limited the posthypnotic act to a very small aspect of the total task. During that time she took dictation from three psychiatrists, each of whom noticed the phrases at which she changed pencils. Despite the fact that she used many combined word phrases (symbols containing two or more words) it was discovered by count later that she approximated the correct number closely, never exceeding an error of 10 and averaging an error of three words.â€
