During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition. Here are a few emails:   Just found out one of my friends has Pulmonary Edema.She is taking sulfur which she says has kept her alive..but she is told it is incurable. Please ask Atom what can help Pulmonary Edema

I do a sun sync breakfast every morning and have done so for over 5 years now.

I re-hydrate apricots, prunes, and black mission figs (1 of each) and sometimes add a banana to a smoothie.  I also add grass fed whey protein to this mixture and at times ill add colostrum.  I do sometimes feel a bit of a crash in energy a few hours later after this drink. 

I’ve been thinking about transitioning to a Ketogenic diet and it looks like they really avoid sugar of all kinds.  I’d really like to hear Atom’s wisdom on the Ketogenic diet.

I heard Adam talking at times in the past about ozygen, carbon dioxide  etc

Morning boys !!!! Went to have a massage yesterday and she told me that I had a bit of Edema going on and to cut back on my salt. I love the pickling canning salt to cook with,so should I cut back to ..light salt ..or Redmond sea salt to cook with and not so much my friend is in recovery with lower intestine (rectal) bleeding and  ulcers. He has a fairly healthy diet, but has used canola oil in cooking for many years; I suspect this may have had detrimental effects on the GI tract? Any ideas on the causes, and possible remedies? 

I had read once that when schools switched from blackboards to whiteboards, student  attention and retention declined. Could you explain why? And what about the impact of these colors on the eyes and overall health in general for an artist whose work is black ink on white paper?
 
Could you please ask Atom what he knows about using digestive bitters to improve digestion.  There are many on the market now that are made from herbs and citrus peels, and I am wondering if he has any info. on them as well as is it okay to take them before each meal, or is it better to take them during or afterwards?

    Atom makes a great comment about bitters! Those fortunate to have Asian markets nearby, consider adding Bitter Melon to your midday meal (using Solar Timing). The Bitter Melon is beloved by Filipino and other Asian people. Additionally, the bitter almond has long been used in Chinese cancer therapy. The Bitter Melon is best cooked; as a suggestion in a soup, goulash, or stew. Thanks Patrick and Atom! Another fabulous show!

      Bitter Melon (aka bitter cucumber, bitter squash, bitter apple, bitter gourd, balsam-pear, art pumpkin, foo gua, the “king of bitter foods,” or Momordica charantia) (antidiabetic, high in iron, manganese, molybdenum, vitamin C, & cucurbitacins).

      Bitter melon looks like a corrugated cucumber.

      According to Swami Nitty-Gritty, “Bitter melon regulates hyperactivity.”He mentioned that excessive iodine burns up vitamin C, so he advised, “Iron phases down iodine. Take bitter olives to deactivate thyroxine, and bitter melon to deactivate the adrenals.”

      He also said, “Take lemons or limes, bitter melon, boiled cucumber water, oatmeal, garlic, goldenseal, or seafood for diabetes.”

      Steven Levy (Hackers: Heroes of the Computer Revolution, 1984) wrote …

      “On a hacker excursion one April Fools’ Day, [Bill] Gosper had a craving for a little-known dish called Bitter Melon. It was a wart-dotted form of green pepper, with an intense quinine taste that evoked nausea in all but those who’d painfully acquired the taste. For reasons best known to himself, Gosper decided to have it with sweet-and-sour sauce, and he wrote down the order in Chinese.
