Sun Sync Nutrition
Atom Bergstrom, born Gosta Ingvar Bergstrom, Jr, is credited as the founder of Sun Sync and the leading expert on a Sun-Centric lifestyle.
Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity.
Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.†He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots.
His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.
For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.

Part 2
-Lynn asks how to protect yourself from non native EMFs. Â Use food.
-Gayle asks Atom to comment on a man taking cod liver oil long-time and dying of heart disease. Â Atom doesn’t like DHA/EPA, but whole fish, fish liver, and whole cod liver oil can be good. Â Nitric oxide in fish is aging. Â Glaucoma is a disease of gall bladder, cataracts are a disease of the urinary bladder. Â DHA is not good for growing hair – it shrinks the brain, and it causes yellow fat disease. Â DHA/EPA are not essential fatty acids. Â Most high blood pressure is a low thyroid problem.
-Arteriosclerosis is fatty liver disease. Â Age spots – are lipofuscinosis of liver, eyes, and heart. Â Volatile oils turn rancid in your body. Â Fish oil – death by a thousand paper cuts.
-Why yawning  and massaging bottom of the feet help.
-Julie asks how to clear a raspy voice? Â Tomato juice and raisins at small intestine times. Â Is a problem with the liver not the lungs. Â Aim your voice out of your mouth.

-Cricket’s brother has flashes in the eye. Â Switch from eye to eye are headache-less migraines. Â In one eye, could be retianl detachment. Â Avoid stress hormones – cortisol and serotoin and nitric oxide. Â Work the gall bladder points (farsightedness) and urinary bladder (nearsightedness). Â It’s cognitive shocks, or engrams, not stress.
-Problems of disease, aging, and death are engram problems, not stress or philosophy of life problems. Â Psychosomatic problems, not psychological problems. Â Cure is in the mind and soul, not in the body. Â Eat on time, avoid foods with serotonin.
-Scott has blood in his semen. Â It’s trauma. Â Roots, fish, anchovies, sardines, eggs would be good. Â Sardines have same nutritional profile as sperm. Â The darker the color of the blood, the further upstream the source.
-Tests can be good but don’t fall for their cure. Â To get the holistic picture of what is going on in the body, need 3 measures: total blood, serum, and cell, which you get by subtracting serum from total. Â Only way to know if you’re truly alkaline or acid. Â Imbalances of alkaline or acid are in a local body area where the buffering system has failed.
-Chris asks how to make body parts bigger and smaller? Â Focus on the body part. Â Estrogen and progesterone impact the breast. Â “The Book of Internal Exercises”, by Stephen Chang, says the direction you rub can make body parts smaller or bigger.
-California declared progesterone as carcinogenic. Â Progesterone is pro-birth. Â Progestin is a contraceptive, so the two can’t be the same. Â It’s the progestin that is the carcinogenic form.
We don’t have neuroreceptors, it’s the entire cells.
Part 3
-Chris also asks if Near Infrared or Far Infrared Light is better for fat loss. Â Red is a weight balancing color, unless a person has a red light trauma, in which case they should yawn and stretch first. Â Go through the 11 colors. Â Never get closer than 18 inches to the light, don’t look directly at the light. Â NIR deactivates nitric oxide. Â Red, yellow, orange light is good at night, because we evolved with campfire at night.
-Vitamin D – want 800 IU. Â Anything over is toxic. Â To maximize Vitamin D absorption, wait about 3 hours before showering after sun exposure.
-Stanley says kwao krua is supposed to be for menopause. Â Helped a guy’s eczema, but he grew breasts.
-Oranges are a superfood, solar 9-11 am best time. Â Also 1-3 am solar time.
-What makes a successful fruitarian? Â Takes a lot of knowledge. Â We use sugar to burn and store it as fat. Â Overweight and old people are in ketosis naturally, because their bodies aren’t burning sugar. Â Need to be totally fatless if eating fruitarian.
-Val asks: How to strengthen the muscles of the heart? Â Tomato juice and soaked raisins eaten from 12-1 solar time. Â To prevent brown fat disease, avoid fish oils. Â Saturated fat will help. Â Very difficult to be a vegan.
-Carl’s Junior is serving fresh not frozen grass-fed beef hamburgers.
-Benefit of being near the ocean. Â Get iodine from breathing the sea air. Â Negative ions. Â Swimming in the cold water is invigorating.

Get rid of PUFAs.  Eat fresh fruit in the morning.  Dates, oranges, coconut.  Solar 3-5 pm eat melons, alone, which works on bladder, which works on dementia.  Urinary bladder is the entire skull, ears are kidneys, esophagus is urethra.
-Iron and manganese causal for Alzheimer’s. Â Saturated fats burn aluminum, PUFA cause it to stick in the body.
-Juan recommends Atom’s “Mind Reading for Millions”, available at Solar Timing, as a resource for any health professionals dealing with physical structure.
Part 4

He also asks for exercises for quickly releasing tension and nervousness in the body.  Loosening the spine – yoga positions of bridge and bow, hanging from a branch or monkey bars, somersaults, singing Hu, spinal twists.
-Any downsides to a gravity bed, hanging upside down, or shoulder stands?
-Lexi asks about benefits of intranasal laser 550 mm. Â What time of day is red light? Â The cross relationship of organs. Â What is the spectrum of the sun color cycle? Â Atom explains and gives book references.
-Wear red on Monday? Â Better to wear red on the upper part of the body. Â Red bra or red T-shirt would be good. Â Atom talks about immunity cycles. Â Revici’s understanding is accurate.
-Causes of moles and how to remove? Â Mesmerism, castor oil. Â Age spots – pure gin or vodka rubbed externally.
-Mary’s family traveled from the Midwest to NYC to see Dr. Emanual Revici and considered him a true genius. Â Dr. Revici wrote “Research in Physiopathology As Basis of Guided Chemotherapy – with Special Application to Cancer.” That Crazy Pharmacist has a link to a pdf online version of the book and individual chapters. Â A non-pdf version is here. Â Read the first chapter to understand the theory, then use the search function to access specific problems.
-Nancy wants to know what to do to breathe deeper.
-Kevin is looking to become a vegan. Â Are we meant to be plant-eaters? Â Atom says a small amount of meat is good. Â People in India get it from insects in their food. Â Atom is an ovo-lacto vegetarian. Â Successful vegetarians were meat-eating in their youth. Â Aren’t many supercentenarians who are vegan or restricted vegetarians.
-Nancy said she had her tubes tied and her belly button is tighter from the stiching. Â Do vacuums – an abdominal exercise which will loosen up the belly button.
-Suzie Q wants to know about the work of Jack Kruse and cold thermogenesis. Â It’s an old idea – cold generates heat shock protein. Â Do it gradually. Â Doing it suddenly generates bad hormones like serotonin, cortisol, estrogen, nitric oxide, essential fatty acids. Â Back and forth hot to cold and reverse can be therapeutic if not overdone. Â Keep a cold head and a hot ass.
-Heat causes essential fatty acids to go rancid that much faster.
-Coffee is an anti-Alzheimer’s drink. Â Drink in the morning. Â People who have problems with coffee should look for orange traumas. Â Atom drinks cobalamin tonics – coffee needs a sweetener and a lipid. Â Cocoa balances the caffeine in the coffee. Â Patrick likes Bulletproof Coffee.
-Weston Price recommended not eating fermented oil. Â He recommended clear squib oil.
-Alcoholism is a mother trauma. Â What can an alcoholic do to release mother trauma? Â Suck on a pacifier, rebirthing, yawning, stretching, self-nurturing. Â Don’t make the body a prisoner of the mind – need to slack off sometimes. Â Vacation where you’re at.
-Liking your job will make you sick if the job is about sustenance. Â Loving it makes you well. Â Love and adore are passion words. Â Get rid of mother traumas. Â Talk to your mother – she’s still around, even if she’s passed.

Goodness. That was great, Atom pointing out the difference between old-school chiropractics and the current day ‘play-plan’ version. I’m from a chiropractic family. My grandfather sought help for his ailing mother in the early 1900s; went to chiropractic school to learn the practice. Many of his brothers, cousins and a grandson followed in his footsteps. I can claim being blessed, because my mom would march me and my seven siblings in to have our ‘adjustments’ every Friday afternoon. Rarely did she seek allopathic medicine for our large family.
There is a story in my family about my grandfather teaching my cousin how to ‘feel’ with his fingers. It is told how he took a strand of hair, placed it between the thin pages of a Bible and had my cousin run his fingers over it, all to teach him the art of reading a patient’s body through touch.
Good chiropractors can still be found. I’m fortunate enough to have one.

Atom, are you saying only iron and manganese cause Alzheimer’s…are you saying a lack of them or a rogue of them…what about mercury? What can we do to fix it…is stage 4 fixable?
December 17, 2019 @ 8:33 pm Atom
Iron, manganese, and copper are the major players in Alzheimer’s.
Aluminum is a minor player.
Mercury is a non-player — to absorb enough mercury to cause Alzheimer’s, death would intervene years before.
