Hey atom, msm has been recommended to me for flexibility for yoga and for sulfur. What time would you suggest taking this? I though it was made from cabbage so this would be a night time food as it grows close to the ground? or would it be considered day time as i know cabbages will rise out of the ground in certain growing conditions? Oh and would you even say MSM is a no no?!

Hi, Matt …
MSM is a manufactured byproduct of the paper industry. Most of it comes from China and India.
It’s just another supplement/marketing hype/scam to keep folks away from ACTUAL FOOD.
Hippocrates (c. 460 BC-c. 370 BC) got it right a long time ago …
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
Sulfur is readily available in protein foods containing cysteine, methionine and/or taurine, and in the B vitamins thiamine and biotin.
Zone One sulfur foods include nuts, avocados, tamarind, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, etc.
(Commercial MSM is in Zone One too.)
Zone Two sulfur foods include red meat, cheese, seeds, rice, wheat, millet, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach, collard greens, green onions, sweet peas, tomatoes, etc.
Zone Three sulfur foods include fish, eggs, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, horseradish, watercress, peanuts, spirulina, chlorella, etc.
