Keeping the Effects of Radiation Away By Eating the Right Foods At the Right Time of Day
By Atom Bergstrom
(1) Eat as much food grown near the seashore as possible as a source of NATURAL iodide.
(2) Temporarily ACIDIFY the body — and eat potassium-rich foods to take advantage of the acidification.
This causes a quantitative and qualitativeINCREASE of intracellular potassium, bismuth, and citrate, blocking cesium’s access to potassium ion channels.
It also causes a qualitative and quantitativeDECREASE of intracellular
calcium, preventing bone turnover.
It also causes a quantitative and qualitativeDECREASE in intracellular
magnesium, copper, and catalase.
Note:
Essential fatty acids ALKALINIZE the body.
(Any intracellular increase is (almost) always accompanied by a corresponding extracellular and interstitial decrease — and vice versa.)
(3) Avoid (most) GOITROGENS. A goitrogen is technically a radiosensitizer.
Some examples: cabbage, sauerkraut, broccoli, broccolini, cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, Brussels sprout, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip, rutabaga, radish, horseradish, canola oil, pine nut, pear, peach, soybean products (including tofu), millet, spinach, strawberry, peanut, parsley, sweet potato, cassava, bamboo shoot.
You may have been told that cooking neutralizes a goitrogen. “Be my guest,” as Adano used to phrase it.
An entire half-hour of cooking only destroys half of the amount of a goitrogen in a food (give or take a little, depending on how chemically inert the goitrogen is in any specific food).
Lithium (in its drug form) is a goitrogen and thyroid blocker (esp. on a low-sodium diet).
Thiocyanate is a goitrogen and thyroid blocker.
So avoid taking “health food store” B-12 — CYANOcobalamin.
MANY medications are iodine and thyroid blockers. Find out which ones on the internet.
Coffee, cocoa, tea, and cola are goitrogens, but — not to worry — only in excess and in the absence of iodide.
(4) Be as “still” and “breathless” as possible (INDOORS) whilea radiation plumepasses over your area.
This drives the body in the direction of cryptobiosis (hibernation) and its accompanying states of anoxybiosis, anhydrobiosis, cryobiosis, and osmobiosis.
You don’t need to know what those words mean — just be still as possible and meditate.
(5) Eat raw potassium-rich nuts and fruits at Stomach Time (7:00-9:00).
Some examples: almond, prune, banana, apricot, coconut water.
(6) Eat black walnuts at Spleen-Pancreas Time (9:00-11:00 am).
Soak them or at least combine them with real cherry wine or real plum wine to create tincture of iodine.
(Most “cherry” and “plum” wines contain no cherries or plums.)
(7) Eat potassium-rich foods at Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 pm).
Some examples: beef, chicken. sunflower seed, raisin, tomato, blueberry, blackberry, wolfberry.
(8) Eat watermelon seeds at Urinary Bladder Time (3:00-5:00) for the barium in
them.
Barium is in watermelon skin too.
Both the seeds and the skin can be eaten by juicing an organic watermelon.
Run the residue through the juicer several times.
(9) Drink cranberry juice at Kidney Time (5:00-7:00) to drive potassium into the kidneys (which are sodium pumps, the principle behind “charging” an electric eel).
(10) Eat potassium-rich foods at Circulation-Sex Time (7:00-9:00 pm).
Some examples: fish (esp. sashimi), sea vegetables (which are also a premiereiodide source), spirulina, baked potato (the
skinof a large one can contain over 900 milligrams of potassium), sweet potato (baked thoroughly to neutralize as much of its goitrogen as possible), taro root, nopal (which also slows sugar metabolism).
Malanga coco (big taro root) may be the richest potassium source of all.
Note: The alginate content of sea vegetables is so radioprotective thatdoctors sometimes instruct their patients not to eat kelp before a radiation treatment.
(11) Drink aSMALL amount of 100-percent agave tequila, aloe vera, and pineapple juice (preferably juiced from a raw pineapple) to regulate iodine.
If you regularly drink this tonic, a SMALL amount of all three ingredients will regulate and mobilize iodine.
In larger amounts, all three are iodine suppressants (GOITROGENS).
(12) Maximum radiation protection is achieved by being asleep (avoiding daytime naps but not meditation) during Biliary Time (11:00-3:00 am).
Note: Biliary Time comprises both Biliary Bladder Time (11:00 pm-1:00 am) and Liver Time (1:00-3:00 am).
The deeper the sleep, the more radioprotection. (See #4 for an explanation.)
The darker the room, the more radioprotection. Melatonin is a potent radioprotectant.
Leave the lights off when visiting the bathroomduring Biliary Timeor use a red night light or light bulb.

Hello Atom,
We live in a land of Serbia which is heavily bombarded with depleted uranium ammunition at 99.
Is there anything that we should be aware of while choosing our food?
How do you think this situation might affect us?
Thank you

In that case, short of moving, eating a percentage of your food from another area helps.
Whole foods “on time” (circadian eating”) too.

Atom, are you saying potassium is acidic. Why does the periodic table says its alkaline? I’m confused. Help!

Wrong Periodic Table !!!!!
Actually, it’s the correct Periodic Table, just a partial understanding.
The “explosive alkalis” (lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, francium) act very differently inside the body.
Yin-Yang is in full swing … and balance.
Potassium (acidic) has a partner — Calcium (alkaline).
Sodium (acidic) has a partner — Magnesium (alkaline).
Rubidium (acidic) has a partner — Strontium (alkaline).
Cesium (acidic) has a partner — Barium (alkaline).
Details (including WHY this is so) are in my books — especially in CANCEL … Not Cancer.

Wow…thank you!
Now I’m still confused.
I thought sodium was alkaline

See the pattern?
ALL the “explosive alkalis” (including sodium) are acidic in the body.
ALL the “alkaline earth metals” (including magnesium) are alkaline in the body.
The entire chart is PATTERNED to the WHOLE.

Sorry to bother you again. But Harvard website states:
“Adjusting the pH of the urine, most commonly with the medication potassium citrate, reduces the risk of uric acid stone formation and can also help dissolve existing stones. Sodium bicarbonate can also be used to alkalinize the urine. ”
If potassium and sodium are acidic, why are they being used to dissolve uric acid and alkaline the urine ?
Correct. Urine in the urinary bladder (and in the lab beaker after urinating) is alkaline.
How did the urine get alkaline? By robbing it from the body, thereby contributing to its acidity.
Harvard graduates are so smart, they outsmart themselves.
They have no common sense.

Is potassium acidic? Why does the periodic table classify it as alkaline?
