Solar Nutrition (circadian eating) keeps those dogies rolling, Rawhide!
Eating Solar “according to Hoyle” guarantees three bowel movements every 24 hours for most people. (There’s always an exception to the rule.)
That’s one B.M. per Growth Period (Tree, Vine, Root).
Calcium and magnesium are essential for bone growth — and gut-stones too.
Time Management promotes the first and prevents the second.
Central obesity isn’t about fat. It’s about intestinal stasis and an “altered fecal stream.”
The following article is about horses.
What does it have to do with humans?
Humans get gut-stones too
Amy Young (“What are enteroliths?,” U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Jul. 29, 2019) wrote …
“Enteroliths form as a result of certain diets (for example, feeding diets high in magnesium and protein, such as alfalfa-rich diets), breed predisposition, and/or management practices. The rate of enterolith formation is variable and thought to be affected by gut pH, the availability of certain minerals, and gut motility. Enteroliths can vary in size, and horses may carry one or two large ones, or 100 or more small ones, in their guts.”
Calcareous enteroliths (intestinal concretions) are all too common in humans.
Many so-called “cardiac events” are caused by blocked intestines.
Calcium, magnesium, phosphate, and collagen (animal glue) are common nuclei for gut-stones.
People have died years after swallowing cherry pit — concretions grow in concentric layers around the stone nuclei.
Adano Ley (prior to Solar Nutrition) almost died from eating figs while he was bed-bound in the hospital after his fall off the roof of a three-story building.
One or more of the fig seeds took root in his intestines, and he hemorrhaged.
Eat “On Time” (Tree, Vine, Root), and keep those dogies moving, Rawhide!
