Weight optimization (total weight loss or gain) and weight distribution (local weight loss or gain)are determined by residual vapor pressure.
Examples of temporary local weight redistribution are (1)a bodybuilder’s “pump” and (2) a penile erection.
Why is this not well known by the scientists who study obesity?
Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) observed, “No one’s gonna pay you to tell them they’re full of hot air.”
When you say you’re “under a lot of pressure,” you’re using more than a figure of speech – you’re talking PHYSICS.
At sea level, you’re under 14.7 pounds per square inch of barometric pressure, whereas the inside of your body maintains 14.6 pounds per square inch of pressure to maintain respiratory equilibrium.
Giant sea turtles or whales kept in captivity never grow as large as they do in the open ocean.
Scientists discovered deep diving is what activates this weight gain.
The identical physics is at work when the fetal aquanaut is expelled from the highly pressurized womb into the less pressurized environment to enter the world with the typical puffy-cheeked, ballooned-up “popcorn” baby face.
Orthostatic pressure eventually equalizes as the years go by, and the infant’s face returns from balloon geometry to a less-pressurized egg-like shape.
Weight Control Tip #5 …
(1) Treat yourself to a percussion massage at a rate of 4 tapotements a second (240 taps a minute) to lose weight.
Percuss gently in a clockwise direction – “Life Flow” follows both the clockwise rotation of the blood and the large intestine.
(2) Conversely, 2 tapotements a second (120 taps a minute) is the rate for structural weight gain.
(3) Percussing a little harder in a counterclockwise direction adds residual weight – not your highest choice.
Weight Control Tip #6 …
Color frequencies use barometric pressure to cause chemical saturation, increasing carbon dioxide gas pressure.
Carbon dioxide, in turn, uses biological amplification to create even more barometric pressure than the original color pressure stimulus.
Usually, RED light is used for weight gain, GREEN light for weight loss, and ORANGE light for weight stabilization.
However, red light can work in reverse – promoting weight loss – if you sleep long hours and have minimal exposure to the full spectrum wavelengths available during daylight hours. (This way to lose weight is not your highest choice.)
