Why eat on time?

Would you drive your car if it were not timed by you or your mechanic?

Timing problems include …

(1) starting (getting up in the morning)

(2) high mileage (too much energy expended for too little results)

(3) shutting off of the car while driving (stroke, heart attack, etc.)

(4) engine vibration (Parkinson’s disease, etc.)

(5) and so forth and so on (you probably get the idea)

There are basically only two diseases …

TOO FAST – usually associated with hypertension and hyperglycemia.

TOO SLOW – usually associated with hypotension and hypoglycemia.

WHEN you eat a specific food is as important – and often more important – than WHAT that specific food is.

The secret of SOLAR TIMING has been “hidden in plain sight” for centuries.

Sun-synchronized eating was used in ancient India as part of Ayurvedic Medicine’s Dinacharya (“daily routine”).

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) refers to it in the Midnight-Noon Law, going back at least 1,500 years and probably centuries earlier.

Sun-synchronized eating was used before medieval times, and arrived in the U.S. from Germany with the “Nature Boys” and probably several hundred years earlier.

Synchronizing our food and physiology with environmental rhythms is essential for high-level wellness and fully-functioning longevity.

Three Examples …

An apple is best for you in the morning, but not as healthful for you any other time of the day.

A tomato is best for you in the afternoon, but not as healthful for you any other time of the day

A potato is best for you in the evening, but not as healthful for you any other time of the day.

Kathleen DesMaisons (Potatoes, Not Prozac, 1999) wrote (without understanding why) …

“Think of the potato as ‘medicine’ – sort of an antidepressant in a brown package. The potato will raise your serotonin levels.”

Kathleen DesMaisons’ basis for eating potatoes at night is not the complete explanation (far from it).

Today’s cutting-edge science of chronobiology is validating what ancient people knew to be the true reason.

    Hi Atom,
Hope you and Vibrant Gal are having a BLAST in New Zealand !!!!
All the BEST and LOVE for YOU 2 !!!

My question is that I don’t like to eat at night most of the time.
Some times I do go crazy on patatoes but not every night.
Can I not eat at all at night or do I have to do a snack at 7 p m?

    Love,kisses and TONS of hugs.
Happy Sunny Christmas and New Year in the beach . <3 :)
I think you are gonna love and live for live there.

Thanks! We had 3 days of sunshine, and now it’s been raining for 2 days – but the “winterless far north” of New Zealand is beautiful. :)

      The food is EXCEPTIONAL. :)

It’s best to eat at least something at night. Otherwise, the Kidney, Circulation-Sex, Triple Heater, Gall Bladder, and Liver meridians are undernourished … and more.
