According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“I can tell you what to eat, but I can’t zip your mouth.”

“Regulate breathing in the morning to generate pressure in the body, and move waste out before breakfast.”

“The Downward Air is prana in the large intestine. It pushes feces, urine, semen, and menses out of the body and forces the fetus from the womb.”

“Fit For Life will guarantee you only one bowel movement a day. Solar Nutrition guarantees you three.”

“People with cancer are very constipated.”

“Take black walnut for iodine to go to the bathroom.”

“An appendix problem is actually an impacted cecum. Apply ice to put in minerals to stabilize constipation, eat almonds, then get a colonic.”

“Dehydrated feces is homeopathic therapy for constipation.”

“Chicken-tomato soup cleans the large intestine.”

“You don’t have acetones in your colon. You have ketones. Acetones disengage from tangling up. Ketones congregate.”

“If you don’t have an appendix anymore, make sure you eat melons and drink cranberry juice.”

“For diarrhea, drink the almond water. For constipation, avoid it.”

“Apply heat for diarrhea. Follow up with almonds for hydrochloric acid.”

“The ammonia in a green apple is good for diabetes. The peppermint in the yellow apple is for diarrhea. The malic acid in the red one is for melted cheese.”

“An apple farts at the time of peppermint switchover to malic acid, and that’s when the worm goes in. When the bird eats the apple, that’s when the early worm catches the bird.”

“A hiccough is a burp that doesn’t want to go up or down. It’s not a burp, it’s not a fart. The reflex point is between the clavicles.”

“God is the sneeze, Christ is the yawn, the Devil is the fart, and the Joker is the hiccough.”

“Drink coffee for constipation, and tea for diarrhea.”

“Drink barley water or Lipton tea, strong with the bag broken [for diarrhea]. Also, work Large Intestine 10.”

“To protect yourself from traveler’s disease, drink the local alcohol.”

“The cecum is a balloon and the appendix is the nipple on the end of the balloon.”

“Cottonseed oil causes the heart and ileocecal valve to back up.”

“Heated cottonseed oil lacquers the food. Minerals cannot be absorbed.”

“A pineapple looks like a testicle and pubic hair. It is therapy for the genital and rectal organs. Hemorrhoidal correction is not found in the nose.”

“Eat beets for intestinal bleeding.”

My seventh Yellow Fat Disease e-book is now for sale.

Why won’t your favorite health gurus warn you about DHA?

Why do they extol its virtues to all and sundry?

How did 99.99% (99 point 99 percent) of all mainstream physicians and holistic wellness practitioners buy into the DHA Deception?

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is a slow acting poison, a major contributor to Waxy Yellow Fat Disease (progressive lipofuscinosis).

The other (n-3) oils are bad actors too, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

If you’re taking fish oil, cod liver oil, algae-based DHA, flax oil, hemp oil, chia oil, or soy oil, you might want to investigate the numerous serious side effects.

Can vitamin E protect you against Yellow Fat Disease?

It can protect you against the DHA/EPA/ALA it can reach — but there are many hideouts in a human body allegedly containing 30 to 40 trillion cells.

Atom, which are the best Vitamin E-rich foods?

Almonds, pistachios, avocados, and olive oil in the morning.

Kale, spinach, and butternut squash at midday.

        Sweet potatoes at night.

The less PUFAs and HUFAs consumed, the less vitamin E required.

Is tomato juice and blackstrap molasses best at 2pm? This builds blood if I remember correctly.

        Yes, 2:00 p.m. Thumbs Up!

Tomato juice and molasses ot tomato juice and raisins (not the golden ones) help build hemoglobin without the danger of iron overload.

Old age, disease, and sexual dysfunction aren’t accidents.

People EARN them by not being aware and discerning (wise as serpents and harmless as doves).

Notice how many grandparents are outliving their parents and even their grandchildren?

One reason I’m fixated on DHA/EPA/ALA is because the entire oil/seed industry has a vulnerable and easy-to-bite Achilles heel — Waxy Yellow Fat Disease.

And I’m the only one nipping at it.

It’s just a matter of time.

Monsanto, Eastman Kodak, NASA, Martin Marietta, Royal Dutch State Mines, and a Houston fracking company are major players (hidden from plain sight).

Pupil distortions (iridology) show current issues.

A distorted “cat’s eye” iris (taller than wide) can indicate an impending stroke.

A distorted “horse’s eye” iris (wider than tall) can indicate an impending suicide.

    (I’ve seen examples of both.)

“Indentions” can indicate anything from hearing to back issues depending on the location.

Many autopsies have been done (starting before the American Civil War), showing the ravages of progressive lipofuscinosis from cod liver oil (and later fish oil) — Waxy Yellow Fat Disease, Brown Heart Disease, Brown Bowel Disease, etc.

Eating the entire fish protects against it.

Fish head soup is a Longevity Tonic capable of neutralizing Yellow Fat Disease.

I’ve now written 7 books about it, and am 1/4 finished with Number 8.

I’m north of the cheering section when it comes to Ray Peat’s ideas about sleep and darkness.

    According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“Accelerate the consciousness with respiration. A person in delta breathes through their bones.”

    <>

A hibernating bear recycles its bone calcium.

Rachel Nowak (“Bear bones hint at treatment for osteoporosis,” New Scientist, Nov. 29, 2003) wrote …

“Hibernating bears have a unique ability to stop their bones from degenerating during long periods of inactivity, a finding that is stimulating the search for new treatments for osteoporosis.”

    <>

Hibernating animals also have increased antibody and immune responses.

They resist infection, parasitism, cancer, and lethal levels of radiation.

They produce a bone-preserving substance that protects their bones from thinning during hibernation.

    <>

Wayne Lynch (Bears: Monarchs of the Northern Wilderness, 1993) wrote …

“Relating to HIT [Hibernation Induction Trigger] again, research on bears and other hibernators may change the course of two other maladies, cancer and viral infections such as the common cold. Time and again, hibernators injected with pathological viruses have not become ill. And deadly tumour cells inoculated into hibernators have consistently failed to grow. Perhaps if hibernation could be induced in humans, these ailments might reverse their course, or at least be more susceptible to drug therapy. Inducing hibernation in humans is not as farfetched as it sounds. Consider this final bit of research conducted by Dr. Peter Oeltgen, a pathologist at the University of Kentucky. Oeltgen and his colleagues injected HIT into a monkey, an animal that has never been known to hibernate. To the amazement of the researchers, the monkey fell asleep for six hours, its heart rate and body temperature dropped, and its appetite was depressed for over a week. This suggests that all mammals, possibly including humans, may be responsive to HIT.”

Mark B. Roth & Todd Nystul (“Buying Time in Suspended Animation: An ability to put the human body on hold could safeguard the critically injured or preserve donor organs for transport,” Scientific American, Jun. 2005) wrote …

“Recent studies in our laboratory at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle and by other researchers have shown that hibernationlike states can be induced on demand in animals that do not naturally hibernate. Moreover, such animals seem to be protected from the usual effects of blood loss, such as oxygen deprivation, while they are in a suspended state. These results raise the exciting possibility that suspended animation may be feasible in humans as well. Indeed, the methods our group used to induce suspended animation in lab animals and in human tissue suggest this capability could be latent in many organisms through a mechanism with roots in the earliest days of microbial life on earth.”

    <>

The genes for human hibernation are located in the pancreas.
